Great stay overlooking Copacabana beach

Had a fab stay at the Grand Mercure, the location and proximity the beach is perfect. Absolutely loved being able to look out over Copacabana beach at the rooftop pool/ bar and whilst having breakfast each morning. Thank you, Joelma, for keeping our room nice and clean especially after our daily trips to the sandy beach.

We had pleasant stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is right on the beach. Our room attendant, Joelma is great, helpful and very polite.

Hotel staff are very nice and kind, the rooms are very clean (with a special thank you to Joelma) . The hotel is right by the beach which is very convenient as well.

Good location , good services, friendly staff. Clean room . Kudos to Shirlei that arranged and cleaned the room impeccable !

Great location, but hotel is in poor shape. Very low water pressure and only lukewarm, noisy room, safe didn't work and wasn't attached, only one of two lifts was working. Toilet dripped all night, air conditioning was loud.
