Nice service in COA&CO amazing açai Michaelle tuck very care of us. Very fresh drinks. Animation every day. Good food. Nice pool. Amazing gym , staff very friendly, good view. Good variety in breakfast, many healthy options. Place to come back

From when we left the taxi to when we got to our room and then the pool area for some drinks, the restaurant deserves a k stars. Awesome service and amazing views. Special shout out to Dhom, who made our stay even more memorable. Thank you Fairmont and staff.

Amazing bar and restaurant service Some.of the best bar food I have had anywhere Waiters were so cool and polished Food was 10/10 If I had one minor qualm, it would be that I was charged an early check in fee after arriving after a 12h flight and we were two hours before check in officially. It would have been truly first class if they had tried to waive it for us in goodwill but I understand rules are rules

We came for a wedding and it was a great choice for all of the guests. This was a great location to walk around, go sightseeing, and have beautiful views of Rio. The quality of the food and pool is great. Rooms were a bit small but manageable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The beach is so crowded, but Fairmont provided a private area for their guests with chairs, towels and water. It was very much needed with the crowds. They are associated with other beach clubs in different beaches so definitely inquire about that. We booked a tour through the hotel and it was great. Overall very great and safe experience.

We enjoyed a super stay at the Fairmont Copacabana. The location, facilities, standard and comfort of accommodation and the food and beverages are all very good. However it is the staff of the Fairmont Copacabana, and in particular the staff working across the Gold level rooms, lounge and solarium, that allow me to rate the hotel as Excellent. We truly felt at home and were so impressed by the friendly, professional and efficient service that we experienced during our stay. The Fairmont is a global brand, but the Fairmont on Copacabana retains a personal touch that is often lost in other hotel chains. I think that can partly be attributed to the wonderful Brazilian hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. Special mentions for the fabulous service we received in the Gold Lounge on level 4 from Douglas, Davi, Calei, Faleio and Luan (who was so attentive and demonstrated his obvious skill at mixing caipirinhas and other cocktails). Thank you to all Fairmont staff members, including Eugenio, Anderson, Davidson, Oscar and Maria, who made us feel like friends, not simply customers. (Please excuse any mis-spellings of names.) We met so many helpful and friendly people during our visit to Rio de Janeiro and have genuinely fond memories of this amazing city.
