Very attentive staff, from the moment we stepped out of the car to check in. Shout out to Marcio Nascimento, our server every morning at the hotel restaurant. He took great care of us and all the other guests.

Best breakfast in Rio de Janeiro, Food is delicious, the view is amazing, but the service is what is the best here. If you are lucky, you will be met by a smiling Edna♥️ She makes you feel sooo good during your meal. ♥️ end the meal with a little glass of champagne 🥳♥️🙏 This is heaven

Such a great experience …. We stayed at the Fairmont Rio and beside the great amenities … we were extremely surprise by the Baiana Jucelia …. Such a gem …. she made us the BEST TAPIOCA EVER ….. plus incredible omelets. Such a plus for our stayed and we are looking forward to next year.
