I highly recommend staying at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. You're immediately greeted by friendly staff as soon as you get out of your car. They truly make an extra effort to ensure your stay is comfortable. Big shout out to Damien, Amy, Dana and Jeanie who were quick to assist with a smile whenever I needed any help. (Also Sam and Jason in my previous stay a couple weeks earlier). If you get a chance to get to the Gold Lounge, Harry and Ellie are super friendly, easy to talk to and again very helpful. (There were other staff members but unfortunately I didn’t get their names; as soon as you get out of your car, to the staff at the front desk and in the Gold Lounge). The rooms are modern, spacious and nicely appointed. The Signature One Bedroom Suite (upgraded) was a treat during my stay couple weeks earlier. The gym is well equipped and in a beautiful setting and if you get a chance I highly recommend using the sauna; hot and cold plunge pools, dry sauna and showering facilities both standing and sitting. Overall, a great stay! Thanks for the great hospitality; see you this fall!

Derek is the best butler ever. Made us feel so comfortable right from the start and making sure we had enough lobsters and food. Also had really nice chats with him that night. Thanks again.

WONDERFUL!!! 10/10 will absolutely recommend and return!

Raphael was my bartender this evening and he created a few phenomenal drinks for me. There was a rose drink that was so amazing I think he should have a menu with his special creations. I am absolutely mind blown at his professionalism and ability to create a drink based on a verbal description. He is a rare talent and deserves to be compensated for the genuine joy he brings to patrons. He is worthy of having his own special menu and is more than deserving of higher salary. I will tell everyone I know about Raphael’s service at this bar. Sylvia was also very hospitable and kind. She was informative also. You have two wonderful people on staff that deserve to be acknowledged and praised. On behalf of me and my friends, they made our experience top notch. I will absolutely return because of their service. I am absolutely astounded by the service I received.

Amazing experience at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul ! For our first weekend in the city with my husband, we enjoyed a beautiful suite with views of the city. Services were great: conciergerie, breakfast, apero time at lounge and a spectacular gym and Spa including baths. Special thank you to Chammi at reception who was so kind and incredibly helpful through our stay making us feel at home and giving the best recommendations. THANK YOU we will be back !
