However, I understand your concerns regarding the check-in process and the location of the reception. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our guests, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your arrival. Your feedback regarding the soundproofing of the rooms is also duly noted, and I assure you that our team continuously seeks to improve guest comfort and privacy. Regarding the amenities such as the swimming pool and sauna, I appreciate your comments about the associated costs and requirements. While we aim to maintain a high standard of service, I understand that the experience did not meet your expectations. Your suggestion about the swimming caps is particularly interesting and will be discussed further with our management team. As for the surrounding area, we aim to provide accurate information to our guests about local attractions, and I apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the proximity to green spaces.
