First time staying at Mercure but had Jayden assisting us during check in and he was extremely helpful and amenable. I was extremely impressed with how he handled himself and our situation and was very accommodating. Definitely went above and beyond and am happy to say that for future stays we will be choosing this hotel thanks to his impeccable hospitality and service.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, everything feels well taken care of. I arrived earlier than expected, and Lynn Yeo was kind enough to help me with an early check-in. Most convenient place to stay in Hongdae

2nd time staying at this Mercure. Very convenient location. Airport bus literally stopped us outside at Hongik Station. Always use this hotel as our base when we explore around Hongdae and Mapo area. We were upgraded and given early check in by front office staff Ms Lynn Yeo.

The hotel was beautiful, and in a very convenient location in Hongdae. Also, Jayden Song the front desk supervisor was very kind and helpful to me. The beds are very comfortable, and it’s easy to get a good nights sleep even in the single size bed.
