The hotel is absolutely stunning — from the stylish lobby to the rooms with amazing views of the city. Franck and his staff have been always warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. The breakfast in Spectrum? Top notch It’s the kind of place where you feel truly taken care of — not in a stiff, forced way, but in a relaxed and friendly, thoughtful way that makes you want to come back. Whether you’re in Seoul for business or just to explore, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Not only are the rooms and facilities excellent, but the staff are helpful and customer-oriented, from returning misplaced items to reservation handling. The lunch buffet at Spectrum is spectacular! From the numerous salads and cold dishes to various Asian and Korean dishes, carved-on-demand meats and seafood, to the generous cheese selection and delicious desserts, I couldn’t get enough. The service lived up to the 5-star expectations and didn’t disappoint either. Also, Spectrum’s setting is relaxing and provides great views of the lobby level and surrounding areas, and provides a nice space to linger with a delicious cappuccino. I highly recommend a visit here, for a superb meal with great service and ambiance.

Absolutely stunning experience in Fairmont Ambassador Seoul Lobby bar. Every time I come to Seoul, this place is a must to me. And it’s always AMAZING experience. The staff is incredibly nice, and welcoming, and English speaking. The service and attitude is always on the best level. Mr Jayden treated me like a precious guest, so I felt so special. It was stunning lovely evening, thank you very much. Unlike in other 5 star hotels in Seoul you can really feel yourself being surrounded with super service, being a foreigner. Highly recommend.

Quality morning time in the lobby of Fairmont Hotel catching up with friends. Special mention to Tiffany, who by her kindness and excellent service, ensured I had an experience you can only find in the best luxury hotels. croissants were delicious, and coffee was well priced too.
