Lovely hotel with a great location. Close to shopping and metro & bus lines. Cross the river and all the famous attractions and historic sites are short walk from metro station.

Great experience. Jenna was caring and professional. Seemed like a very experienced worker. Room was tidy. Everything smelled nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Lobby lounge was a great place to relax for a while.

Although the suite's view didn't quite meet my expectations, the kindness of the team more than made up for it. A special thank you goes to Julie. She was incredibly helpful when I ran into a scheduling issue with my check-out. Her professional and warm assistance was much appreciated.
