This hotel is focused entirely on making money, and unfortunately, the experience doesn’t justify the high price. Even after paying for each night, many basic comforts come with extra charges. For example, at the outdoor pool, you’re not allowed to sit or chill on a sofa unless you order something—which I’ve never heard of before. Otherwise, you’re left with only a small chair. So if you just want to relax without ordering, it’s not an option. The pool area, especially with kids, feels more like a restricted zone than a place to unwind. There are so many rules that it really ruins the relaxing atmosphere and makes the stay less enjoyable.

Loved their food, breakfast and tech-facilities. Centrally Located. Great Experience

We got a family twin room for ourselves on the third floor. The view from their bar and lounge is great on 20th Floor, and even the breakfast view from 22nd floor is great. Their Check-in area is at 20th Floor. We got the room as per their check-in time, though we had requested it early. The room was good, and I love their food. We had 3 meals there, and all of them were good, in addition to the breakfast. The caramelised pork belly, the kimchi fried rice and Mango Bingsu is great. Must try. The Mapo-Eight at the ground floor is a bit of a let down and looks deserted and abandoned, and a bit of a gallery. The walking area outside has many eateries and this hotel has quick access to a bus stop and a subway station. Convenient for people arriving from Incheon as well. Extra Tip : The Uber from Hotel Naru to Incheon, costed us 50,000 Won, which I think is a great price for a transfer. We were 3 people with 3 bags.

첫 방문이었는데 너무 완벽했습니다. 친절한 직원 (특히, Elly에게 감사를 :), 깨끗한 객실과 침구 그리고 한강뷰가 그 어떤 곳 보다 아름다웠습니다. 한강을 즐길수 있는 수영장과 레스토랑도 환상적이었습니다. 부아쟁에서의 조식도 추천합니다. 재방문을 반드시 할 것 같습니다. It was my first visit, and it was so perfect. Friendly staff (particularly, thanks Elly), clean rooms and bedding And the view of the Han River was more beautiful than anywhere else. The swimming pool and restaurant where you can enjoy the Han River was also fantastic. I also recommend the breakfast at Voisin. I think I will definitely revisit.
