Jayden was so wonderful, caring and accommodating when we checked in. He was really helpful and made our stay 100% better. The room was clean and spacious. Great amenities. We have everything we needed. Great location for everything we planned to do in the Hongdae area. Definitely will be back. Thank you Mercure!

we had a great stay when we were in seoul. the rooms are comfy and spacious. the breakfast spread was so good. the staffs were exceptional, giving us a early check in when we were tired from our busan train ride and allowing us to leave our luggage when we check out. also giving us feedback on how to go to the airport in a more easier way as we have lot of things to carry. hope we come back in the future when we come back in seoul. thank you!

This hotel was very comfortable and ver accommodating. We were able to receive an early check in due our daughter needing to nap and we flew in very early in the morning. Sol was able to also give us a late check out due to our flight being later and we wanted to get one last afternoon nap. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. They have a water kettle and a an espresso coffee machine in house. They also provide water every day. We would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff and super helpful when you ask any questions.
