The Grand Mercure stay was the start of a very busy business trip. What a way to start. The team could not havre done more for me. I was extremely impressed with everyone I came into contact with. A hotel with complete facilities and very helpful staff, especially when we needed assistance when our children were sick. A comfortable place for us to stay for 2 months; it’s clean and has easy access to anywhere, with a train station and bus stop nearby. It was memorable because we could watch fireworks from our hotel room. Best view, best staff.

I visited Korea with my wife for our anniversary trip. Thanks to the wonderful attractions in seoul and the kind people, it has been an incredibly enjoyable journey. Alice, at the hotel restaurant, was especially the most perfect part of my trip. Her kind service and the delicious food will be unforgettable for a long time. I look forward to meeting Alice again when I come korea again.

Overall, my wife and I had a delightful experience. The staff members were exceptionally kind and courteous, making our stay truly enjoyable. It is also worth mentioning that the facilities, including the sauna and gym, were meticulously clean and well-maintained.
