Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in wirklich schöner Lage am Strand. Wir haben 5 Nächte hier und hatten eine Pool-Villa am Strand. Der Service war großartig, nicht nur in Bezug auf die Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen oder Unterstützung bei geplanten Touren oder Shuttleservice. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Turn-Down-Service beschränkte sich nicht nur auf das Bettenmachen, sondern beinhaltete einen Full-Service. Wir essen vegan und auch hier versuchte man uns sehr zu helfen! Das Essen in den drei Restaurants war sehr zufriedenstellend. Man muss wissen, dass das BanyanTree sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist und man Fahrten zum Beispiel nach Da Nang einplanen muss. Wenn man sich entspannen möchte und Ruhe sucht, ist man hier gut aufgehoben.

Wir haben in der Beach-Villa gewohnt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das kulinarische Angebot läßt das Herz höher schlagen. Der hervorragende, herzliche Service rundet den Aufenthalt nochmals ab. Selten haben wir uns so willkommen gefühlt, wie in diesem Hotel.

Wir sind viel gereist und Vietnam stand schon lange auf unserer Liste. Unser Aufenthalt hat sich als wahres Highlight herausgestellt, wozu nicht zuletzt das Banyan Tree einen wesentlichen Beitrag leistete. Der Transfer zum Hotel erfolgte reibungslos und wir wurden bereits während der Fahrt telefonisch begrüsst. Das Hotel selber präsentierte sich als eine wundervolle, gepflegte ja paradiesische Oase der Ruhe mit viel romantisch, vietnamesischem Flair. Unsere Villa am Strand war atemberaubend: viel Privatsphäre und grosszügig ausgestattet. Die gesamte Hotelanlage präsentierte sich sehr geschmackvoll angelegt und die Restaurants boten eine Vielfalt an Kulinarik, abwechslungsreicher als in anderen Vietnam-Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet sucht seinesgleichen, einfach top, und das absolute Highlight war das Saffron Restaurant. Es lag auf einem Hügel mit Aussicht über die ganze Anlage und das Meer (wir haben gerade erst das Schwester-Restaurant in Qatar besucht und erfahren, dass das Saffron im Banyan Tree ihr Flagship ist). Das Ambiente, der Service, die Präsentation der Speisen und das Essen war ein einzigartige Kombination an Genuss und top Qualität. Überhaupt wurden wir wunderbar betreut und auch die lohnenswerten Ausflüge in dieser Gegend gestalteten sich bequem und unkompliziert durch den Hotel-eigenen Driver. Ich hoffe sehr, dass wir diese zauberhafte Oase, die uns das Land und seine Einwohner von einer beeindruckenden Seite kennenlernen liess, wieder besuchen dürfen. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem einfach alles gepasst hat.

Um paraíso na terra.. O alojamento é incrível, ficamos numa vila com 2 quartos, piscina infinita, jacuzzi e com vista para o mar. O staff é super simpático e muito profissional. corresponderam sempre a todos os pedidos. Os restaurantes são todos óptimos e vale a pena experimentar toda a gastronomia que oferecem. O pequeno-almoço muito bom e para todos os gostos. O ginásio é pequeno mas tinha tudo o que necessitava e o SPA tem massagens incríveis . Vale a pena experimentar tudo…

Resort excelente com praia privativa Possui diversas opções de restauração bem como actividades (a maioria sao pagas) As villas sao bastante espaçosas e possiem piscina privada O serviço de buggy’s é bastante eficiente O Banyan é uma excelente escolha para uns dias de praia e descanso
