Angsana Riads Collection Morocco

My mum and I had a wonderful stay at Angsana Riads in Marrakech. The Riads themselves were beautiful, but the true highlight was the warmth and hospitality of everyone working there. We were welcomed with mint tea, pastries and a quick 5 minute shoulder massage whilst our bags were taken up to our room. We were also given a phone on arrival that had a Moroccan SIM card so we could use google maps and have access to the internet whilst out and about, as well as always being able to contact the reception desk, this was really helpful. The room itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful in helping us arrange transport around Marrakech and book tickets for the Majorelle gardens. I myself have a dairy allergy which is always a challenge when travelling, however the staff were incredibly accommodating, every single person serving breakfast remembered I was unable to eat dairy and could tell us the ingredients of all of the food which was so reassuring, I was still able to eat a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast despite my allergies, the service was brilliant. Our rooms were made up for us beautifully every day and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. My mum used the spa at Riad Bab Firdaus and had a wonderful experience. We had dinner in Riad Blanc on our first evening and had the 9 Moroccan salads to start which were delicious. We really recommend these Riads and will be back in the future.

Everything about this hotel lived up to and actually exceeded expectations. The Riad team were so welcoming and attentive throughout the whole stay. On arrival we were met with Moroccan tea and homemade biscuits in the most relaxing atmosphere. We were offered a selection of scents to choose from for our room to be scented. The addition of a mobile phone with data was essential for us to navigate the Medina and a real plus by Angsana! Breakfast was perfection every morning, fresh orange juice, coffee, freshly baked breads and cakes, pancakes, honey, jams and also eggs-perfect way to start our days. The room😯 filled with character and charm and beautifully maintained by our housekeeper. We also made use of the spa on our last full day-blissful. We have both said that we will definitely be back, we could not fault our time with you and the team. The BEST way to see Marrakech. Thank you

I stayed 3 nights with two female cousins and we were utterly spoilt by the wonderful staff from the moment we arrived. The hotel and rooms were beautiful, attention to detail was outstanding and the staff were very kind, professional and friendly and so keen for us to have a wonderfully relaxing stay, with advice and support offered at every step. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, both for my cousins and for me as it was the best gluten free breakfast I have ever enjoyed in a hotel: custom-made gluten free cakes, pancakes and other goodies (lunch wasn't really required). The massages in the spa were also outstanding. A wonderful stay in a hotel that we would all love to return to. Three days felt like at least two weeks away from the usual rusharound at home.

Wonderful house, nice room, excellent service and delicious food. I even had my own driver and the hotel provided an extra mobile so that I could always contact the hotel and had Google Maps on it. There were problems because of the earthquake, but the Angsana Riad group did their atmost so that I felt very comfortable and welcomed.

We arrived in Marrakesh only three weeks after the earthquake and the Riad was working in difficult circumstances, despite this the staff worked hard to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. Our room was quirky as you would expect in a Riad. There was a lovely roof terrace with great views and the perfect place to watch the sunsets. The food was interesting but slightly eccentric but we think this was mainly because they were operating between two hotels because of the earthquake.
