Outstanding hotel and golf resort located 12 miles out of the city with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. Every member of the Fairmont team was OUTSTANDING - friendly , caring, helpful and genuinely wanting us to have a fantastic time. We met Michael the Regional GM and I shared our positive feedback at this 5 Star hotel and his amazing colleagues. Our caddy Shabir was really knowledgeable and helpful on the golf course. Food amazing in the restaurants especially the Lebanese/ Moroccan restaurant where the food was delicious. Highly recommended and much better than the hotels in Marrakech.

Beautiful property but get a room on the top floor

This was our 2nd time at the Fairmont. I will start with the positives: Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and overlook the golf course. The pool area is frankly stunning with a gigantic pool and a bunch of different areas with lounge chairs so you don’t feel crowded and can stay away from other guests should one want to. The food is pretty good. We thought the golf course was in very good shape and some of the caddies are excellent. Now one major downside, this year we were on the 2nd floor so there was a floor above us. And unfortunately when people are moving around or cleaning the rooms the sound level is multiplied and it literally sounds like there is construction going on. The first night we were awoken at 3am by what we thought were people rearranging the furniture above our heads. In fact, it was people packing and leaving the room. When they cleaned the room the next afternoon, same thing, it sounded like construction. This is a major flaw in my view so I would definitely recommend staying on the top (3rd) floor. This is why I’m giving it a 4 star.

I have traveled many times to Marrakech and I must say that Fairmont Royal Palm Hotel is the best hotel in Marrakech. All experience is superb. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable. Staff is so so friendly. Restaurants highest quality, breakfast delicious, spa wonderful. Everything about this hotel feels special. This is the place we always want to return!

This was my first time in Morocco and it definitely won't be my last, purely based on the hotel accommodation (which is superb) and, staff! I'm not qualified to review the golf, as I don't play but, I can review my experience of the hotel and, it was amazing, with superb comfort, stunning scenery and, wonderful staff who couldn't be more polite, courteous and helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble and, although I don't play golf, my family and I were well looked after and if they were happy, then so was I! Everyone was so kind and attentive and nothing was "too much trouble", with a special mention to Yassine & Soufiane, in the bar, and everyone in the restaurants, club house, house-keeping etc were brilliant. I can honestly say that I haven't had a more relaxing holiday in, forever. Thank you to everyone. Your 5-stars are well earned and deserved.

Muhammad will be of great assistance while checking into your room. If you play golf on the amazing course lined with olive trees, then Abdul makes a wonderful caddie Should you be attending a conference and want outstanding coffee or tea service, then look for Abderrzak in the ballroom break area Overall the Fairmont is an exceptional facility where both business and families can have a great experience!
