The hotel, its staff and its golf course are really good. We had a garden suite which was excellent and the room servicing was almost too good. Staff seemed to be checking if we wanted anything almost hourly !! The bathrooms are enormous and the bed mega comfortable. Endless N'espresso coffee pods and bottles of water. All by charming staff. The lighting system in our suite is so complicated. We didn't really understand it after 12 days 😂 We stayed half board and the breakfasts were wonderful but the sparrows and flies on the open food were a worry. We both had upset tummies early on. The blurb told us we had three restaurants to choose from but in fact there are only two. A very good Italian one that serves Moroccan/ Lebanese. Both were very rich food so on reflection we would have done better to go B & B and popped into town for dinners. The golf course is really well maintained and suitable for me off 9 and Susie off 25. They try to insist you have a caddy every round, even if you are in a buggy. You can refuse however at £18 a round so what. During our stay my wife had a bad fall that required stitches in her head. The hotel were wonderful. They arranged for a doctor to visit immediately who drive us to the local medical centre for scans and tests and the stitches. He then visited us in our room on three further occasions. Very impressive. Minor gripes. Hardly any English TV, No book of what to see and do. You have to ask the concierge everything. We had a his/hers massage. Without asking they added 10% service and then lefta space for 'tips' A pet dislike of mine. All in all a great hotel.

Lovely evening at fairmont abdelaziz was fantastic. Looked after us exceptionally. Dinner was brilliant and service was great. Good music too would highly recommend. Must try the lamb tagine. Will visit everytime when in Marrakech. Brilliant

jabouri samir and his room service was amazing - maybe the best ever and I have been traveling for 30 years. A very unique and delicious take on a Club Sandwich. The Humus was silky smooth and flavorful- I needed more pita chips 😁. I will be ordering room service a lot on this trip!

We had a fantastic time at the hotel and Marrakech in Morocco. Great food and amazing facilities throughout. All the restaurants are amazing and the staff is very kind and always attentive. Particular mention to Jabouri et Hind at Room Service was great!
