Bad management of the hotel and badly maintained . Basic service lacking and Director in this hotel brand lack integrity

Most horrible experience . Stayed 2 nights . First night many mosquitoes in room . Whole night couldn’t sleep . Next day asked for mosquito spray from staff but they don’t have . Second night same problem. Spoke to Director on check out . He said they have the spray but find it very hard to believe him because if they have the staff would have given me . Then he asked me why I gave a negative feedback . What a joke ! Expect me to compliment him for his ‘ integrity’ and the mosquitoes😵‍💫

I had a great experience in Marrakech and Tangiers

I have stayed at both the Ibis palmerie and ibis Tangiers and I love the communication they have between both hotels which helped to facilitate my problem and peace of mind they went beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my stay over a few days. The price was affordable and the quality of the food was good and I found it very clean. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff for making me feel very welcome and valued!!

We got given this hotel by Ryan air as our flight was over booked. We were told we would get breakfast, lunch and dinner. So we got late and got dinner I stated I was vegetarian so they gave me a salad as a starter with tuna on. I told them I don’t eat fish and a salad came out without the tuna me and my friend joked saying I bet they just scooped the tuna off and in fact they did! We found left over tuna flakes on our salad. Second course was tagine which he said would just be vegetables for us. The sauce tasted meaty and after a few bites and examining the dish we then again found beef in the sauce I told the waiter and he said he will make us a new one but there was no chance we were going to take him up on that offer again. We asked for a drink and they said we would have to pay we asked just for water and still we had to pay! I tried plugging my charger in the wall and the electricity tripped so had to go down to then get someone to try fix it which took 30 minutes for it then to happen again and had to go down and tell reception. The next day the pool was empty there was work getting done to it that was fine by us we understand maintenance. But there was a lot of dust from it. When we were leaving they were cleaning the floor in reception and it was full of water like they had thrown buckets into the floor this was about 2pm very dangerous I actually did slip on the floor and my trousers were wet at the bottom. No urgency to get rid of the water or prevent people from walking through it or at least do it section by section so people can still walk through/past, My friend had to wheel her suitcase through it too. It was an ok location though

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a nice spot to relax. However, the hotel feels a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations to refresh its appearance and amenities. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could be improved. Despite these points, it’s still a decent choice for a stay in Marrakech.

Great staff, very friendly. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was tasty. The swimming pool was also clean. I enjoyed my stay for 5 nights. If you want to relax and chill, I recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back ..............
