The treatment room was beautifully prepared, with soothing aromas and soft music that helped me unwind immediately. My therapist, Jay, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and highly skilled. Jay carefully listened to my preferences and applied the perfect pressure throughout the massage, releasing tension and restoring balance. Every movement felt intentional and therapeutic. After the treatment, I felt refreshed, lighter, and completely rejuvenated. Banyan Tree Spa delivers world-class wellness, and I highly recommend Jay for anyone seeking memorable care
