Pullman G - is still our favourite Accor property in Bangkok. I beleive it has everything to do with the "Hotel industry Legends" that work there. Gunner Ta Krich NJ JoJo Andy Rainy Pleng Kom Henry Cpia..+++ All these staff are actual "Legends" Thai Ambassadors to the tourism industry. Not many hotels can retain such High Quality Human staff for 10 & 15+years & be still getting it right just like the first time. Its the Best Thai working Hotel Family I see in Bangkok. There strength & conviction to the customer service is enduring & unwavouring. Eternally Outstanding Ive decided when staying here that Pullman changing nothing is the unique quality of G. Its Homely familiar worn enough so real people can feel comfortable with price points and sales that average people can afford to stay longer. I often finds the lift rides to the 35th floor a fun ride, like getting into Doctor Who Tardess or some sort of time warp vestibule the same tune playing Eternally . I like that i wouldnt want them to change one damn thing. Its a moment to Pause remember fragrmants of the many Great times weve had at Pullman G since 2017 In those moments loosing track of where you are or where this ride is taking you. The tune playing reminds you Its Allways HOME. Our 5 stars review goes out to the Amazing Staff at Pullman G. Its is clearly You who Shine. G has entered or re entered a G - Golden age. It feels like it has. Maybe its Eternal its certainly Magical. Well done & Thankyou so very much

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a Luxury Escapes deal, who may I say were brilliant in their communication and their transfers. The hotel is welcoming. Staff are superb. The room was large and the bed and pillows were so comfortable I wish I could have put it in my suitcase. Breakfast was plentiful. The pool was small and very overcrowded at times. The sunloungers are past their sell by date and could do with an upgrade. We stayed in an executive room which gave us access to the club lounge. Unlimited canapés and free glowing booze for 2 hours between 5and7pm. This was great, but again very overcrowded. All in all a pleasant stay

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful except the one who called to my room at the day i checked out. She miscommunicated with her colleague so i had to explain to her the details of the check out arrangement. Instead of an apology about the bothering, she “taught” me about the need to follow the prearranged check out time. She definitely forgot i paid for services, not a lecture. The room (deluxe king room) was of good size and clean. The bed was huge. The view was not really satisfactory though, just some old buildings. The shower enclosure was of poor design that water leakage was serious. Gym is of reasonable scale but the machines are a bit rusty. Pool is quite small with lots of users waiting for the chairs and benches. Due to the direction of the building, in the afternoon, no sun can get to the pool.

전반적으로 무난한 호텔입니다. 깔끔한 화이트톤의 인테리어가 인상적인 곳인데, 전체적으로 가구들과 인테리어가 노후화되어서, 예전의 세련됨을 점점 찾기 어려워지는 것 같아요. 리노베이션이 필요한 시기가 아닌가 싶네요.

A comfortable stay. Stayed for 6 nights. Would like to return again. Lux in charge of house keeping was attentive. Bakery section in breakfast was specially good. Thong and Magpron served us well. Try to book stay with breakfast.. it will work out better.Pool is little small. Amenities are all fine. They asked deposit money10000 Baht which was not mentioned at the time of booking.
