Good vibes, nice food and drinks and fair prices. They’re have very kind waiter team especially Khun Sea she prepare all I need. If you’re looking for some place for celebration or proposal I recommend this place you will have good memories here.

We have experienced of very very good service. Starting from front reception, bell boy, including welcome drink and snack. I’m also very impressed with Afternoon Tea set at Vertigo 2 also, it’s worthwhile, I would say the hotel staff (K. Dew) is one of the factors that much contributed to our impression with his service minded. We had dinner at Saffron, Thai food, very tasty with nice garnished dishes. Especially the staffs ( K. Toey, K. Korn, K. New, and their supervisor K. Fon), they are very helpful and provided us wonderful services, and were able to cope up with the problems with their good services mindset.

Honeymoon Stay

Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel at the end of our honeymoon for 2 nights. It was booked and reccomended by our travel agent Kuoni. Wow, it was amazing! On arrival we were greeted by staff and given flower bracelet offerings, which were beautiful. We were then sat down in the lobby with tea and refreshing cold cloths. We weren’t expecting to be able to check in as it was before 3pm. Not only did Skylar from reception, check us in early. She also got us a big room upgrade due to the occasion! We ended up in the vertigo club city room, which was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with minis including mouth wash, shaving cream & razor, toothbrush amongst a few other bits. We went out into Bangkok and when we returned, they had drawn our curtains, delivered a happy honeymoon cake, put slippers by our bed with a little sustainable turtle and light the oil burner. Which was a nice surprise! All the staff were so lovely! So welcoming. We read on the website that our room came with benefits the club vertigo benefits… “Complimentary Vertigo Club Privileges: • One sunset drink for 2 persons at Moon Bar • Priority reservations and 10% off on food and drinks at Vertigo • Refreshments, light snacks, free-flow of local beer, and evening canapés at Club Lounge” I checked with reception to see if we were allowed to make use of this. They said yes! We went up to the Moon Bar on the rooftop and made us of the complimentary sunset mocktail, and also bought a cocktail each. This was lovely. The staff also offered to take a photo of us against the beautiful city skyline. It was busy up there but still managed to get a table. Myself and my husband agreed the next day, we would go to the club lounge. This was our last day in Bangkok. We went into the club lounge, and they asked what our room number was, and seated us at a table. The staff were lovely. They asked what drink we would like and reeled off things such as wine, cocktails, beer etc. I chose a red wine, whilst my husband had a cocktail. We then went up for canapés, which were lovely. An amazing selection of small bites. I couldn’t believe that our room came with access to this! An amazing experience. I wanted to check which drinks were included, as the website said free flowing beer, but no mention of other drinks. I asked the staff member, and she went off to check. Much to my surprise, she came back and said our room did not include access to this privilege 😳 despite checking with reception the day before, and informing the staff member of our room number before entering the club lounge. Maybe I shouldn’t have asked! The staff member was lovely about it and said it was fine for that evening, but not for the next day (we were going home the next day anyway). I personally felt really awkward from this point, we finished our drinks and went out in Bangkok. Other people may have stayed and taken advantage but we made the decision to leave. When we returned, some essential oil had been put on our bed. A lovely thought. The swimming pool was lovely, as was the breakfast. We were able to organise help with our bags the next day before checking out. A special thanks to Mr.Chin & Asama who we spoke to before getting in our transfer. They helped us with our bags and getting into our transfer. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again! The hotel is in a good location. There is a place round the corner called The Commons which does lots of different food/drink options and has live music. Thanks Banyan Tree!

Toey and the staff were lovely! The food was amazing too! I’d highly suggest dining here- thank you for a great experience! We loved having our photo taken and the main courses were very delicious. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had the Thai set menu.

I would recommend Saffron for special dinner. The food is authentic Thai. Restaurant’s atmosphere was so amazing to share good time with love ones. All the staffs, especially Jeff, were very nice!! We’ll definitely come back here for next celebrating moment.
