Anonim Keluarga - Ulasan terverifikasi ALL

Dear Mr. G., Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us, and please allow me to express my sincere apologies for the discomfort and disappointment you encountered during your stay at Mercure Bangkok Surawong. I’m truly sorry that the condition of the room and the delay at check-in did not meet your expectations especially when traveling with family and as a valued ALL Gold member. The issues with cleanliness and air-conditioning are completely unacceptable, and I fully understand how frustrating and disheartening this must have been for you. Please rest assured that your feedback has been taken seriously. I have personally shared your comments with our housekeeping and front office teams so we can take immediate corrective action. We are committed to making improvements and ensuring that this does not happen again. While I’m grateful that some aspects of your stay such as the Wi-Fi, team service, and check-out process went smoothly, I understand that the overall experience still fell short. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and I deeply regret that we let you down. I truly hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can restore your confidence and deliver the care and quality you expect from us. Sincerely, Surasak Jaitrong Front Office Manager
