Certainement le meilleur hôtel de luxe dans lequel nous avons séjourné … le top du top au niveau de la chambre, du service … et quelle vue ! C’est un endroit très haut de gamme, préservé ou la gentillesse est le maître mot… on y reviendra .. le plus tôt possible :)

omplexe hôtelier très haut de gamme. Merveilleux. Fabuleux. Luxueux. Les villas sont vraiment très belles et spacieuses avec une belle terrasse une belle piscine et un jacuzzi. Plage privée où rien ne manque ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, à l’image des thaïlandais c’est à dire à l’écoute, très respectueux et toujours souriants prêts à rendre votre séjour encore meilleur. Un service haut de gamme. Nos observations personnelles (mais ATTENTION cela est vraiment personnel) -Le complexe hôtelier est à une dizaine de kms environ de la ville ; si vous ne souhaitez pas rester dans le complexe hôtelier 24h/24h il faut donc commander un taxi pour s’y rendre et pour revenir (1000 bahts l’aller/retour soit 25€ environ) -Se déplacer dans le complexe selon la situation de la villa et selon où vous voulez vous rendre (restaurants, lobby, spa, plage…. Etc.. ) il faut demander à la réception un pickup. Le complexe est grand !! La voiturette électrique vient vous récupérer à votre villa (ou ailleurs) et vous mener où vous le souhaitez. Un peu contraignant quelque fois mais nous direz vous nous sommes en vacances ; vous avez totalement raison !! -en PJ un plan du complexe. Nous avions la C10, elle était très très bien (mais pas vue sur la mer comme nous le pensions lorsque nous avons fait la réservation). Mais en toute sincérité malgré ces observations (personnelles nous le précisons à nouveau) notre séjour a été parfait. Merci à notre hôtesse CHAN pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation ce merveilleux complexe hôtelier.

Service - Vue - calme Expérience sans fautes lors d’un séjour en couple. Un grand merci à Golf, manager de notre villa pour sa parfaite disponibilité et sa gentillesse. - plage calme et chaise longue - villa avec beaucoup de style avec piscine , jacuzzi et sunbed vue sur la mer - excellent buffet petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Tout est fait pour la relaxation et le lâcher prise . Des buggy vous déplacent dans tous l’hôtel 24/7 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé 10 jours au Banyan tree de Koh Samui. Excellente situation de l'hôtel proche des animations et sites à découvrir sur l’île. Cadre préservé, plage et chambres magnifiques avec piscine privée. Une mention spéciale à l'ensemble du personnel et particulièrement à Nan "notre villa Host" très attentionnée, à l’écoute de nos demandes organisant tous nos déplacements; à Rang pour sa disponibilité, ses bonnes adresses et à Jack pour les délicieuses noix de coco servies l’après midi. Un séjour en famille exceptionnel!
