Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, tout comme les repas au restaurant de la plage. Le personnel, de la plage aux activités, a été aux petits soins et d’un professionnalisme remarquables, avec une mention spéciale pour Anna, toujours de bon conseil. Les villas avec piscine sont superbes, spacieuses et offrent une vue magnifique. Le site est idéal pour le snorkeling avec ses eaux claires et sa plage splendide. Nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir !

Bonjour, Nous sommes parti en famille dans une villa vue ocean, le cadre est magnifique, le personnel d'une extreme gentillesse, merci a Chan qui etait ma ghost villa. L'équipe de la plage est top est soucieux de votre bien être à tout moment. La villa est propre , le personnel de ménage est super, petit bémol sur la surface de la villa, un peu petit pour une famille de 3. Il manque également une assistance au retour à l'aéroport . Un véritable cauchemar. Un des hôtels le plus horrible que j ai fait de ma vie. Le service est tout simplement inexistant. Un petit déjeuner horrible. Une propriété en manque d entretien. Une plage inutilisable. Nous avons quitté l hôtel 2 jours après avoir négocier un remboursement.

Dear serdar c, Greetings from Banyan Tree Samui! Thank you for your recent stay with us. However, it is with genuine disappointment to read of the displeasure you experienced during your stay. As a Banyan Tree property, we take issues such as this very seriously and I have already conducted a thorough investigation with our team to gain a better understanding of the unfortunate incidents which occurred. We recognize that incidents may arise among our guests during their stay and it is our aim to rectify each and every one of those cases in order to turn guests around to be ambassadors of our brand. I regret to read that you felt the quality of the cuisine at our breakfast buffet at The Edge did not meet your expectations. It is disappointing that we were unable to address your concerns during your stay and to cater to your preferences which we would have been pleased to do. Our culinary team would have been delighted to go beyond in order to ensure your satisfaction. I regret to read of the drawback you have highlighted in regard to our facilities. Our guests are typically surprised to learn that our resort is 15 years old - having opened on 1 July, 2010 - and often give praise for the overall condition of our facilities. It is unfortunate that you did not feel the same. In order to maintain a high level of quality, we have a villa and public areas maintenance program in place that functions on both a quarterly and annual basis to rectify the damages caused by guest use and weather conditions as well as to provide preventative maintenance. While our beach does have rocks in the seabed, common terrain in most bays on Samui, we do provide protective shoes for our guests should they care to take this precautionary measure while they swim and have a few channels that make it easy to access the deeper areas just off the shore. In recent years, these rocks were covered with sand, but the conditions changed after a recent tropical storm. We hope that with the monsoon season later this year that the conditions may return to their usual state and provide an enhanced experience for our guests. serdar c, thank you for your stay with us and I regret that we were unable to convert you into ambassadors of our brand. I hope that you will consider visiting our sister properties around the world and allow us the opportunity to hopefully reinstate your trust in Banyan Tree.
