Nous avons sejourne 9 jours dans cet hotel en famille. La cue est incroyable. Les chambres sont grandes avec piscine privee. Les moins: Petit dejeuner moyen pas a la hauteur Attente interminable pour les buggys Chambre situee extremement en recul qui necessite une organisation pour cahque deplacement dans l’hotel

I am delighted that you were impressed with our scenic location as well as the comfort and design of your pool villa. It is great that you were able to relax and unwind in a setting of serenity. I regret to read of the minor drawbacks you have highlighted including the buggy service and breakfast experience at The Edge. Typically, our buggy service receives positive feedback for their promptness and efficient service, and guests do not find this to be much of an inconvenience during their stay. Kindly note that we have a variety of villa options in the lower areas of the resort which provide more convenience for accessing areas of the resort. Perhaps you could consider choosing one of these for a future visit. I regret to read that the quality and variety of the cuisine on offer at our daily breakfast buffet at The Edge did not meet your expectations. It is disappointing that we were unable to address your concerns during your stay and to cater to your preferences which we would have been pleased to do. Our culinary team would have been delighted to go beyond in order to ensure your satisfaction. Certainement le meilleur hôtel de luxe dans lequel nous avons séjourné … le top du top au niveau de la chambre, du service … et quelle vue ! C’est un endroit très haut de gamme, préservé ou la gentillesse est le maître mot… on y reviendra .. le plus tôt possible :)
