Staffs of the Banyan Tree Hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Specifically Andrew, Summer, and Mel took care of our rooms. They showed excellent service and made us fully satisfied with our stay.

Hi - this review is actually for Saffron restaurant rather than a stay at the hotel (we only came for dinner) …it really was fabulous, incredible food, attentive friendly service …Shari and all of front of house were fantastic! Spent time chatting to us, explaining the dishes, wine and philosophy of the kitchen. The attention to detail was unusual and we eat out a lot. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
