Location has easy accessibility to tourist spots. Ambience is excellent & comfortable. Not that modern style but has a cozy feeling. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Special mention to Ms Luisa, Ms Michelle, Ms Mary, Mr Mark, and Mr Archie. Great job. Excellent Customer Service.

Super nice buffet experience at the Sofitel Macau. Location is easy to locate. The atmosphere is very timely for the season of Christmas. Food is great! I like the variety. Staff are very attendant and kind as well especially: Luisa, Michelle, Mark, Romeo, Chris, Mary and Brian.
