Book your stay at the Sofitel hotel with out hesitation,we spent too much time researching whether or not to stay here-only to decide to give it a try..and we loved it Sofitel is our new favourite.,for this trip when we arrived we were greeted by smiling people seems like a small gesture but great service gives the right vibes to start your stay, the lobby is breathtaking, and when we pass to the restaurant the smell of fresh foods, it was near the pool and gym so we did take a short tour, it looks like a little space but Eduardo the gym guy then told us to follow him and help us to look for the facility he was friendly and helpful,the friendliness of Eduardo was significantly superior, Eduardo did an excellent service, we often visit the gym several times throughout our stay, the gym are superb, im pretty set to sticking with Sofitel for my upcoming visit

Absolutely delighted with my stay at Sofitel! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and the dining experience was top-notch. As a platinum member, I truly felt valued and pampered. Especially the experience at the Club Millesime and service from Catherine. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our family stayed 2 nights at Sofitel Macau and was overall pleased with the hotel and services. Strong Points: 1. Great Team at Club Millesime from check in to check out, shout out to Ann, Kyle, Victor, Doris, Macy, Russel. 2. Food offering and taste was amazing especially their desserts and chocolate offerings. 3. Bed in the room and pillows are good no complains there. Weak Points: 1. Not much really if I were to nitpick the building itself feels old but thanks to great maintenance and keep up it still look ok. Thanks Sofitel Macau, we sure will visit there again, Ed

Sofitel lunch buffet, their staff so nice! From the long elevator to the Sofitel Hotel, I feel that the decoration is brilliant, and the instructions of the restaurant are also very clear! It is very convenient and quick to find the location of the buffet. Every time after eating, the waiter helps to clean up the dishes and chopsticks quickly. Very good and satisfied.

A hotel without AC

I don't really understand why it is sooooo hot there? no AC? Terrible enough to have this experience in summer. Macao is already very hot and humid. When we went out for a day, I was looking forward to returning to a cool hotel. But what I got, the air conditioner in the room didn't work, and the lobby was also very hot when I checked out. Disappointed.
