Diego, hotel concierge, secured tickets for concerts and building tours prior to our arrival. He is a fountain of knowledge re B.A. Our rooms (two stays in two weeks) were impeccably clean and well-appointed. Palladio is centrally located. Staff was excellent across-the-board. We recommend the hotel breakfast and, if you have the opportunity, dinner. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to town.

Everything is great about this hotel: location, rooms, maintenance, food, …. But what was absolutely perfect is the service, especially front deck, and at the front deck look for Diego. Other crew members were very good but Diego was simply amazing! Thank you guys, you are the best!
