I have had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Downtown Antalya on multiple occasions, with my most recent stay from January 8th to January 12th, 2025. Without a doubt, it has been one of the most consistently excellent experiences in my extensive travels. As an architect, I deeply appreciate the way the hotel balances modern design with nature, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this outstanding property. Location: A Perfect Blend of Nature and City. The hotel is set in an incredible location, nestled within a beautiful park offering panoramic views of both Antalya city and the Mediterranean Sea. The tranquility of the natural environment combined with the vibrant city backdrop makes it an ideal retreat. Additionally, the beach is just a few steps away, and the exclusive beach area dedicated to hotel guests is a true highlight. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests to explore the park, the beach, and the surrounding city, which was a wonderful and active way to enjoy the area. Facilities: A Masterful Integration of Architecture and Nature. The design and facilities of Rixos Downtown are nothing short of impressive. The hotel integrates seamlessly with its natural surroundings, making it feel like part of the park and the coastal environment. The circular lobby and its stunning skylight are striking features that set the tone for the entire hotel. The panoramic views from the rooms are simply fabulous—it's one of the highlights of my stay. The entire property is well-furnished, beautifully designed, and filled with character, which only adds to its charm and appeal. People: Unparalleled Service and Warmth. The service at Rixos Downtown Antalya is truly exceptional. The team here is by far the friendliest, most caring, and most professional I have ever encountered in my global travels. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of my stay was made seamless by the incredibly helpful staff. A special mention goes to Fatih and Maria at the front desk, whose professionalism and attentiveness ensured that my room selection and overall stay were nothing short of perfect. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, further exemplifying the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. The Food & Beverage team, customer service, housekeeping, and bellboys all contributed to making my stay as comfortable as possible. I was particularly impressed with the management team’s proactive approach to ensuring guest satisfaction—during my stay, they regularly checked in to ensure everything was to my liking. I’ve attached a photo from the management party, where I had the pleasure of interacting with Fatih, who is a true asset to the team. Room Cleaning & Housekeeping: Impeccable and Creative The housekeeping service at Rixos Downtown is top-notch. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also creatively arranged by the team, showing attention to detail and a personalized touch. The housekeeping staff consistently went above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches that made my experience even more special. I’ve attached a photo of my room, showcasing the innovative and artistic approach to the room setup. Food & Beverage: High-Quality Variety with Excellent Service. The quality and variety of food and beverages offered were outstanding. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I was always impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and the culinary creativity on display. The staff in the dining areas were always attentive and professional, ensuring that guests were well taken care of. I also noticed that they provide a great range of options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. It’s clear that F&B is a major point of focus for the hotel, and they deliver on it with excellence. Conclusion: An Unforgettable Experience. In conclusion, Rixos Downtown Antalya is an extraordinary hotel that combines superb design, exceptional service, and a stunning location. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. I look forward to returning again in the near future. Amazing time and the Rixos Downtown Antalya

Our experience at the Rixos Downtown Antalya was excellent. Right from the beginning, we were met with incredible customer service. Mertcan, our personal assistant was very kind and hospitable. He set up a WhatsApp gc in which we could communicate any problems and get updates on any events taking place at the hotel. This meant we could sort any queries from the comfort of our room. The staff at the bar were also great and always ready when we needed warm baby milk. The dining experience was also exceptional with a great variety of food, lots of options and fresh tasting. The wait staff especially Adil were very attentive to all our needs at the restaurant and were especially kind and patient with us and our fussy toddler. Adil knew exactly what drinks we wanted and would clarify with us before hand which was really nice. He really elevated our experience as it gave a nice, personal feel to our stay. Our whole experience at Rixos was incredible from the Greta customer service, friendly staff and great food. We will definitely be returning soon!

(Not processional have a group chat and taking pictures of my family and looking at us and laughing) I've stayed at Rixos hotels before and always appreciated their great food and services, but my recent experience at Rixos Downtown was disappointing. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the complimentary shuttle to The Land of Legends. However, the shuttle only runs three times a week from 19:00 to 22:30, which is already quite limited. I arrived at the pickup spot at 19:00 and 55 seconds, only to find the shuttle had already left. The staff member unapologetically told me I could book for Thursday-but I'm flying to Dubai that day, so this wasn't helpful at all. In other Rixos hotels, they check everyone's names and even contact guests before leaving to ensure no one is left behind. Sadly, this was not the case here. While the food and general services were good, the lack of flexibility and poor management of the shuttle service soured my experience. I expected much better from a brand like Rixos. Also my mum went to the desk to have a word about this as soon as she walked away they started to laugh

Lovely stay during Christmas

Lovely stay during Christmas at rixos Downtown Antalya for my family (5 of us - 2 rooms) . Food was lovely lots of choice ( Italian dinner at Panoramic restaurant was the tastiest for us :) the rooms were ok- probably in the nearest future will need to be refreshed. The staff at restaurant was so good - always offered drinks etc. It was great X-mas decorations inside and outside of the hotel. The best one was fake snow which was snowing from the 9th floor straight in lobby a few times a day during the whole Xmas - great fun for kids! ( Rixi club also was great) I used outside Heated pool with my daughter 2.5 years old even when outside was 18 degrees :) a lot of positives.. vitamin bar, gym, sauna, great selected of premium alcohols, 24h bars, Starbucks- open only when the weather was ok, perfectly organised Christmas Eve Gala, free rent of bicycles etc..., . Unfortnunattely we had to cancel our evening free visit in Land of Legend because of weather but we were there last year when we stayed in Rixos Premium Belek - also recommended :) Big thank you for lads: Volkan A. for a great service at Lobby bar and a lot of jokes ''Abra Kababra'' :) , Selin Y - for a such professional service in Meat restaurant ''Lobby Lounge a la carte restaurant'' and our best barman Omer.G - Thank you for a great drinks even in the night time :)

The bike ride outside is free. They give you bikes.they also have. Heated pool outside. I think we enjoyed the fruit juices squeezed out just after the sauna and steam room the most. I loved the fact they had a private steam room for women. The food is really good. They defiantly make an effort and staff and kind and helpful. My kids were unwell and they helped out at night soo much.
