I was very satisfied with my stay at this ibis hotel in London and pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Esmeret and Elena, whose professionalism and warmth made a real difference. The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for visiting museums, restaurants, and the Royal Albert Hall, all within easy reach. Despite facing the street, the room was quiet and allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant, meeting all expectations for a stay in this category. The breakfast offering is rather basic, but perfectly adequate to start the day. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the location, and the level of service, the hotel offers very good value for money and is an easy recommendation for a stay in London.

We spent 5 nights at the Ibis style and we truly enjoyed it. The location was perfect. There is a tube station just around the corner, 15 minutes away from Picadelly circus. A bus stop right in front of the door to take us to the city centre. The hotel is lovely. The staff very nice. Finger up for Elena and Esmeret, the breakfast waitresses. It was a pleasure to see them every morning. Always smiling, very helpful and very nice. Thank you to all the team, we had a lovely stay.

Another enjoyable visit.

Excellent location - short walk to Gloucester Rd tube, and a Tesco or M&S across the road to pick up any snacks etc. I have stayed here half a dozen times now - it is so convenient for my purposes - good location, clean & tidy rooms , a good breakfast (continental, but enough choices) and lovely, attentive staff. We have paid for a room with balcony in the summer - it is so pleasant to sit out with a glass of something and look over the little garden/square. But this last visit, where I had booked a standard room - they very kindly gave us a room with a balcony! Although it was BALTIC, it was still lovely to open the doors and get a bit of fresh air. Yes, the rooms are not huge, but they are clean and the usual amenities (tea/coffee and hair dryer) all present and connect. Will definitely be back.

Convenient hotel, but ground floor room bathroom stunk of drains

The hotel is very conveniently located with pleasant staff. I arrived late in the evening and was given a ground floor, tiny room, which wasn't an issue as I was leaving first thing and on my own - but the separate bathroom had a terrible smell of drains / damp/. The room itself was clean, quite smart with a super comfy bed. But the bathroom almost so bad it turned your stomach - had i been earlier checking in I would never have stayed, but I had no other choice. I don't think the hotel should be allowing anyone to stay in the room (655) and given I had a booking, should have provided an alternative.

A fairly typical Ibis. Although we were upgraded the room was tiny, beyond normal London size, with barely room to move around the bed, it was equipped for a single not a double with limited tea bags, coffee etc. What we did have was a balcony area that was bigger than the room itself - didn't get used much due to rain. All that said, it was clean and in good order but for the price I didn't think it great value.
