Nice clean room. Powerful shower. Perfect location for getting around. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Especially the doorman who greated us every day and took care of our left luggage. Sadly I forgot his name! (Began with a C I'm sure) Would definitely stay again.

I will award this hotel a 5-star rating for the fact that it provided what a 4-star rated hotel would … a consistent breakfast spread, a very comfortable bed, clean rooms and bathroom, ample amenities and a fridge that is replenished everyday. The location is the most prominent advantage of this hotel. However, the inconsistently courteous staff deserve only 3 stars. The morning front desk guys are always cheerful and happy. The afternoon and night shift staff, on the other hand, need a reasonable amount of re-training on hospitality … from the night front desk lady who never smiles and the doorman who refuses to open the door for us Asians. Observably, he would open the door for others but when he sees us approaching, he would just look away or walk away from the door. (Do I sense a hint of racism here? Shrug) I don’t see why since among the 5 of us who stayed here, we booked more than 100 nights. Let not this ‘small’ deficiency smear the goodness of this hotel. I would come back to this hotel. What’s not to love about the convenience, cleanliness and location?

The staff are wonderful and they were very helpful in changing our room as the first one was not what we had requested , the staff were only too happy to sort it out for us and the next night of our 7 day stay we were in a different and much better room ! The elevator noise is a bit annoying especially in the middle of the night . A special thank you to the ladies looking after our room each day . It was always great to come back to fresh towels and a tidied room! The location of this hotel is great as it is so close to the Underground and makes travelling easier.

Very welcoming from the first moment and attentive staff.Spacious comfortable clean rooms and help available at any time.We were delighted and plan to return next month,it was a pleasure to be there. NO stress or worries about anything and pleased to see the efforts to save electricity and promote recycling.Very convenient luggage minding service.We will return it was a most enjoyable stay.

Location is great and the service was nice yet we got no heat in the room and the cleaning of the room was not seriously done. On top of that the breakfast is not very enjoyable in the italian Cafe. Not many choice on the buffet and the service was ok, not more
