I previously stayed at this hotel in 2024, and after returning for a 3‑night stay in room 456, I can genuinely see a huge improvement. Before arriving, I submitted a couple of requests as a solo female traveller, and both were accepted without any issues. I arrived on a cold, windy Wednesday night at around 9 PM and was warmly welcomed by a lovely receptionist. I had two separate bookings one through Booking.com and another made directly with the hotel (this was due to my business travel changing) and she merged them quickly and efficiently. Since my last visit, the bedrooms have clearly been refurbished. I slept extremely well, the room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the towels felt a bit like sandpaper. Aside from that, housekeeping was excellent. I also had dinner in the restaurant on a few occasions. While the menu choices are fairly ok, the service was outstanding. I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff member named Shrey and also looked after by Matthew and Luzas, all of whom made the experience really enjoyable. I look forward to coming back next year.

Great Location, lovely Staff especially Elijah who helped us when we needed to extend our stay on the premises, due to an accident in their car park with my Husbands car and a pillar! He was SO lovely, came outside to take a photo of our number plate to extend the time allowed. We then had to stay the night because of the damage. The rooms were really nice, the Buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with SO much to choose from, every single member of Staff we encountered whether it was at Reception or in Barnabys or at breakfast were so nice, we would 100% come back and stay. Thank you all for making a drama a pleasant experience 😊

Nice room, tube Station on the corner and quiet neighborhood. The only problem that we had was at the reception. One of the staff was rude when we were leaving our luggage.

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful. Mr Rahul helped us with all our queries and issues. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was really professional :)
