Ibis Styles Gloucester Road has the ideal location to visit all of the big London sights. It is very close to the Gloucester Road tube station, which will safely get you wherever you need to go in London. It is within walking distance to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. The staff was fantastic- very friendly and responsive. The hotel breakfast was delicious. The rooms are really small, so book a room with a balcony! The balconies are beautiful and bigger than the room. Thank you Ibis for a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed for one night so that we could go yo a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was easy to find and is near a tube station. The first room we were offered was very stuffy and had no opening window, so we asked for a different one. That was satisfactory and comfortable but for a longer stay we would have needed a chair or two. The "Underground" theme is appropriate as the corridors are like a warren and we almost got lost! The breakfast was very good and the staff, especially Sophie, very helpful.

The hotel is clean and well designed, the location is very good. But I think more important than these is the helpfulness and smiling staff. I would like to thank Sophie and Maria here, they helped me with everything. They answered all my questions about the hotel and the surroundings. You can stay in many hotels on Gloucester road, but the fact that they are so hospitable is the most important thing for me. I would like to thank Maria and Sophie for their hospitality. I am now very sure where I will stay when I come to London.

We were in London as my daughter was performing at The Royal Variety Performance, so we were staying a couple of nights I would say it was one of your basic budget hotels! The room we were in was small with two single beds and an en suite bathroom bright orange decor, a little like easy jet the beds were comfortable enough and they don't offer room service but made an exception for us! Having a daughter who is blind with significant additional needs room service is imperative, they did bring a nice selection both mornings never forgetting! I honestly can't fault the staff they were very considerate and helpful, sadly though the room where we were placed wasn't the best location! We were on the ground floor which was good unfortunately though we were right next to reception, where the bar was situated and practically all night long we had a stream of noisy people coming in and out past our door! Which caused us both to have incredibly disruptive sleeps, I even had to go to my door at one point ask them to keep the noise down! I would say this hotel caters more for tourists than families and I wouldn't stay here again, as it was inappropriate for my daughters needs......
