We stayed here before heading off on an eight day Costsaver tour of Britain and Ireland. Massive hotel with great views over the suburbs. Rooms are stylish, spacious and very comfortable. Close to lots of shops and two tube stations. The on-site English pub had amazing food and was really comfy. Huge screens with football playing too. Incredible value in a location close enough to Central London.

Avoid at all costs - spend your money elsewhere!

Appalling hotel - avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else. I am staying here currently in a room that may well be from the 1960s, bathroom floor hasn’t been cleaned, surfaces are all stained, carpets and decor is incredible tired and there’s a cushion on the bed that smells like someone died on it. There are lots of lovely hotels in the area for a much better price than this one. I stay in London 1-2 times a week usually and came to stay here on a friends recommendation. If you get the 6th floor you’re fine, as those rooms have been renovated but avoid the 12th floor unless you want to experience this. Tried to speak to main reception and they were not interested and said I should chat with Guest Relations in the morning… which doesn’t solve the issue I have tonight if a dirty, tired, unclean room and a constant whistling sound coming from somewhere (unknown!) I love London hotels, London has been my home for over 15 years but I cannot wait to get out of this place.

An excellent experience as an Accor Platinum including a personalised whisky and chocolate pairing guide! I've never had a personalised experience from an Ibis before, it's usually only their higher brands. I was emailed the day before by their guest relations manager Johanes Odhi to ask if I needed anything, I asked for an early checkin and late checkout which were both granted, and mentioned I was running a whisky club charity event nearby. When I arrived in my room there was a personalised whisky and chocolate pairing guide that his team had invented, with some chocolates to go with it, a fruit bowl, and a lovely welcome note from the team! And all that just for staying one night! The first two whiskies he recommended were two of my favourites - this wasn't a common-or-garden boilerplate thing - they'd really put some effort into this. The whole setup of the place is geared around guests, you can tell from the notes encouraging you to contact them by WhatsApp. Thanks again Johanes and the rest of the team for a genuinely unforgettable experience.

Stayed here for 1 night on business due to conference at the ILEC centre which is next door to the hotel. Hotel room was ok, needs updating but was a good size room, the bathroom was small and was only really ideal for someone attending solo but the room is presented as a double room. The one great thing with here was the breakfast, really great choice of options, lots of space, the staff are continuously on the lookout to replenish where required. One thing that really impressed me was the orange juicer using real oranges which was a real treat which I wouldn't have expected here. If attending ILEC, it's very convenient as there is a link from the hotel to the conference centre near the reception area.

We stayed at the Ibis Earl's Court during our UK trip in September 2022. The hotel is conveniently located and well connected through the Earl's court underground station which is a stone's throw away and walking (rather longish walk) to the Gloucester Road Station. One can conveniently board the Big Bus (of Big Bus Tours) from Gloucester Road. One has many dining options within walking distance of the hotel just nearby (few pubs, delis and convenience stores too) or one can walk a little longer to the Gloucester Road area to explore many dining options ranging from fast food (Subway, KFC) and dining in (Comptoir Libanais, Pizza Express, etc.) The rooms are pretty average and a bit cramped, they have interiors which are a bit old and the rooms are carpeted which does have a sort of a stuffy feeling. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and hygenic, the washrooms are also clean and provide hot water. The breakfast of the hotel is the highlight for me - a lively breakfast area with a wholesome continental breakfast and quite a few items for vegetarians also. The spread was wide including meats, salad, eggs, fruits, breds and other items. There is a nice coffee machine that service delicious coffee and also an orange juice machine that makes fresh orange juice. Fruits are also served and you can grab a few apples or bananas as snacks for the long day ahead. They don't have any lockers in the room but have a locker facility at the reception which is quite convenient to store passports and other valuables. The locker facility is behind the reception and there is a separate window for guests to access the area - the reception staff can only operate the locker. So it is safe - as in you don't have to worry about it. Overall - it is value for money and you pay mainly for the convenient location.
