Mercure London is an absolutely stunning hotel; freshly renovated! The staff are exceptional! They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special shoutout to Ahmed Ali at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were met promptly and with care. He’s an incredible asset to the team. As a queer couple, my partner and I felt completely safe and welcomed throughout our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Yes it’s a big chain but my party of three couples were warmly welcomed and treated like royalty throughout our stay. The rooms are large for a London hotel and provide spotless comfort. Breakfasts were superbly catered with multiple coffee points and promptly replenished buffet dishes. No queuing despite large numbers. This hotel is handily placed for bus and tube and will be our regular London hotel from now on

They lost a tshirt, never found it and never paid for it. We left it in the bed and it was not there when we came back. They manage it very bad and never offered anything in return. The person in reception was very annoying too, she literally didn't care and made it look obvious. If you work for an hotel you should be more focused on providing good service. As we expected, they gave us an email to "get in contact" after we got back to our home, but never showed any interest to solve things. The rooms are old and the place is far from anything.

Accessible room had been recently renovated. The bathroom was very suitable for the disabled with a shower safe and easy to use. The only thing missing was a magnified mirror for mens shaving or ladies make up., The twin bedroom mattresses were excellent. Great TV & of course tea making facility. Unfortunately the one chair was very poor & extremely hard to sit on. It could do with a thick cushion. The lifts to ground floor were very large & quite new . Breakfast was very good.
