Nice hotel but no control over room temperature!

Very nice modern hotel once you’re inside. Room nice, clean and modern. More shelves would be good. Bathroom very small. Breakfast fantastic value at £12 paid in advance. Excellent choice and modern restaurant. Clearing tables and our dishes could be quicker but only one person doing this at peak times. It’s less enjoyable having your breakfast with dishes you’ve used cluttering up the table. My only major complaint and it would stop me from staying again is having no control over the air conditioning in the room. It was a very warm weekend and the room temperature could not be lowered less than 23.5 degrees. The bathroom as a result was very warm and the bedroom uncomfortable when getting ready to go out and for sleeping. It’s pointless having it if you can’t control the temperature in your own room. When I asked at reception they said the temperature is controlled centrally, it can’t be lowered and they gave us a fan and told us to open the windows. A ridiculous carry on when you think about it and very off putting to wanting to stay again. You need to reconsider this as everywhere in the hotel was just too warm.

The room was OK. When asked multiple times to refill the soap dispenser in the shower they did not we had to go to reception. The ordering of stuff does not seem to work. Should have proper draws instead of tables to put things in. Good tv big screen. Breakfast was awful wouldn't have again. The orange and apple juices were a disgrace it was like orange colour water worst we have ever tasted. No weetabix. Reasonable choice for warm but bacon wasn't cooked sausages were chewy veg sausages were crap eggs were hard hash browns were the only nice thing. The toast even after toasting it was still rubbish bread. The jam was water just overall very poor. Nice and clean room facilties OK. Just the breakfast. Location ok

Excellent sensibly priced London Hotel. Spotlessly clean, buzzy, stylishly remodernised London Hotel at a sensible price. West Brompton tube nearby and buses give good access for tourists. Well equipped rooms with all necessary for a comfortable stay. Although we had to pull out the heavy duvet each night or boil. Breakfasts outstanding. Particularly well managed by charming Anna G who not only welcomed but ensured excellent buffet constantly replenished and tables cleaned. I like a hands-on restaurant manager. In fact all staff were especially helpful. At the front desk Davide sorted out any problems with ease and all waiters went out of their way to accommodate. The food at the recently opened Barnaby's really impressed. Wide choice under particularly good chef. Osso bucco rich and delicious. All in all enjoyed our 5 days and recommend.

Ok for the night, but wouldn't recommend overall.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel overall was pretty dour though. Room functional, but no frills. There was a lot of choice at breakfast, but the cooked food was barely warm. Long waits for the lifts. Short walk to the Tube at West Brompton.

Nice hotel in Earl’s Court. The hotel was quite well priced as we got a good deal. I had dinner here and it was alright quite nice and fresh. The room had big beds quite comfy and alright I would say good hotel and I would stay again if it was on offer
