The hotel is very good Great location lovely restaurant and little cafe In reception Very tidy and clean rooms and friendly and approachable staff who were very helpful Within walking distance of the local tube station and the area is very safe

They lost a tshirt, never found it and never paid for it. We left it in the bed and it was not there when we came back. They manage it very bad and never offered anything in return. The person in reception was very annoying too, she literally didn't care and made it look obvious. If you work for an hotel you should be more focused on providing good service. As we expected, they gave us an email to "get in contact" after we got back to our home, but never showed any interest to solve things. The rooms are old and the place is far from anything.

Accessible room had been recently renovated. The bathroom was very suitable for the disabled with a shower safe and easy to use. The only thing missing was a magnified mirror for mens shaving or ladies make up., The twin bedroom mattresses were excellent. Great TV & of course tea making facility. Unfortunately the one chair was very poor & extremely hard to sit on. It could do with a thick cushion. The lifts to ground floor were very large & quite new . Breakfast was very good.

I have stayed at the Ibis Earls Court several times over the years it being been getting upgraded to an Ibis/Mercure for several years and it was grate to see that they are almost there with the upgrades. The rooms have been improved to a high standard, the same overall size as before, but with a much better choice of furniture they feel a lot bigger. The public areas are vastly improved with a sleek modern look. The underground car park, one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel is still seriously restricted for space. As the outside is still under renovation a lot of scaffolding is still in place. One small item that did annoy me I bought a beer at the bar and I was changed a 10% Service Charge, what for the Barman putting the beer in a glass and taking my cash ?.

I stayed here for work. Nice hotel clean and accessible to the tube. Breakfast was tasty. Room was small but it was very comfortable and clean . Staff were really nice and helpful. I would prefer a iron in the room instead of going down to the ironing room especially as a woman on my own (but not a delicate flower) all in all a good stay
