Really great hotel experience, the hotel is nicely located towards central London with close train and bus transportation, I would like to especially highlight Imed’s service. He was really nice and helpful throughout our entire stay!!

Great location for a stay in London, Paddington station and Hyde park are a short walk away. Zakaria helped us with all our heavy luggage. Honestly great service from the staff very helpful. Will definitely be back again.

A good Hotel well located just a walk through Hyde park and your in London. We find it specially handy to Paddington Station which we use the Heathrow express to travel to the airport. It is a small hotel with good amenities. I would only suggest not to get room 704 it is directly under the reception area and the moving of chairs and sometimes foot traffic can be heard through the floor.

Great location for a stop in London. Paddington station is a few mins away yet hotel is in quiet location. Had a basement room with walk out patio. Lovely and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here - $2000 worth of personal property damaged and now they’re accusing me of lying about the situation

****UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to repost my review with an update because the management team at this hotel has decided to accuse me of lying despite the photos attached to my review. They also must have forgotten about all of the documentation I emailed to them immediately after my stay, and the video I have of us walking through the room WITH the maintenance and front desk staff. They claim they have reached out to me with no response and that I've added to my list of damages when in reality I have documentation of all of their emails which say nothing more than "I apologize for the delay but I've relayed the message to the appropriate teams". Why would they continue to apologize for their delay if I was the one not responding to their emails? They asked for a list of items and prices (all items listed are also conveniently shown in the photos so it's impossible for me to have added items that were not actually damaged) which I delivered promptly but there was no other response from them regarding items damaged. I would have much more respect for this establishment if they had just ignored my review, but to respond and accuse me of lying when I have all of the documentation (including a video of all of us walking through the room viewing the damage) is abhorrent behavior. Do NOT stay at this hotel or you risk this being your experience. Unfortunately I will now have to take this matter to people above the onsite management team, since they seem incapable of handling a situation like this in a mature or professional manner. I also encourage you to read how the manager responds to every negative review with absolutely zero accountability. A big red flag. **** I waited months after my stay with this hotel to write a review, hoping they would rectify the situation, but that has not happened so I am writing this review. We left our room the morning of check out to grab a quick coffee. We came back to our room no more than an hour later and realized our overhead light was not working. We walked further into the room with our phone flashlights on (no natural light in the room for the basement level) and found our desk covered in water, and every electronic we had (iPad, headphones, external hard drive) on the desk completely soaked. We looked up and realized the water was coming from the ceiling above the desk so we immediately told maintenance/front desk staff. They informed us there was a water leak in the room above us. Unfortunately we had an international flight that day and couldn’t stay to handle it but the front desk staff assured us they would handle the situation, especially if anyone of our electronics were damaged (they all were) so we took the contact info and rushed to the airport. Multiple unanswered emails were sent, so we finally called the hotel and eventually got in touch with the manager. He apologized and said he would pass the situation on to the relevant teams…well it’s been over 6 months and nothing has happened. Every email I send is answered with a generic apology for the delay and that they are waiting to hear back. Over $2,000 worth of personal property ruined and nothing was done about it. Practically double what I paid just to stay at this hotel. Pictures of the room and belongings attached, in case someone from the hotel wants to finally do something about this.
