Stayed here for 2 nights 280euro with breakfast. Easy to get too from the airport. Less than 10 minute walk from the trian station. Centrally located. 20/30 minute walk to all attractions of Vienna. Great breakfast with lots of choice eg eggs bacon yoghurt pancakes croissants. Room was small but very clean. Big shower , comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, quite close to the center, near public transportation. Opposite there is a Penny market, pharmacy, pizzeria. Small but clean standard room, no fridge and wardrobe, a small table would have been nice. Clean bathroom. The rooms do not have a door to the bathroom, but after booking we requested at the hotel to receive a room with a bathroom with a door and they were very nice and that's what we got. We arrived at 1 pm and check in was done immediately, although it is done at 3 pm, the rooms were ready. Very rich breakfast. Friendly staff. I recommend this hotel for short stays.

Had a three night stay here and thought it was a very good hotel in a very good location. We walk a lot and walked into the centre each day but you can get buses or trams. The reception area/bar is a welcoming area with lots of seating behind. Very comfortable, relatively spacious clean rooms and friendly staff (both at reception and the cleaners). We had breakfast included with our stay and there was a great choice of rolls with ham and cheeses, croissants, cereals etc even apple strudel one morning. The only downside was the hot offerings, which even though we were going to breakfast just gone seven (when it opened) was cold every day. Apart from the boiled eggs. The sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs were totally inedible. The coffee was hot though and that was nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

I arrived to the hotel within one hour from the Gate at Vienna Airport with train Rex7/S7 till Praterstern and some short walk down Franzensbrueckenstrasse. This was my second stay in this year, so I was curious about some less positive review I have red. I arrived at around 20:30 on 16 December, I was friendly welcomed and well informed. As a Silver in Accor All hotels, the welcome beer was also well received. The double bed room at the 7th floor was reasonably size, good bed and bedding, that is important for me, yes the glass door of the shower is a bit strange but it was OK for me. The breakfast was good, various choices, I was satisfied with during my 3 nights stay. I checked the garage, since I red some reviews and I saw the warning at the garage entrance that only for own responsibility. So, I saw in the garage "normal" size cars, VW-Golf, Audi, so, it seems that with careful driving it can be used. I think that this is hotel is in a reasonable good location, not to close or far from the center, good connection to the Airport.

Sad to see the change since my previous stays (used a few times for business trips). The breakfast/bar area was dirty and uncared for, so many used plates etc were left on the side. The new staff were rude and lazy, clearly did not want to do their jobs. One of the younger staff was constantly playing videos on his phone, and ignored guests. Some other employees were taking up one of the longer tables, also eating the food for guests, and talking very loudly amongst themselves. This does not give a welcoming feel to guests at all. I was trying to focus on work prep with my laptop which they could clearly see but had no dignity and respect for, so I had leave. This hotel now feels like a meeting place for staff and their friends more than for hotel guests. The room itself was fine, but again, was not very well cleaned. I will not use this branch again in future.. such a shame to let a place go downhill.
