Check-in was fast and efficient and our room was large with a comfortable bed. It had a small moulded modular bathroom that you’d expect at a budget Ibis. We requested an extra pillow and coat hangers. These never came. The microwave in our room was broken. We were told that because it was a weekend, no maintenance staff were available to look at it. That’s fair enough. But the front desk staff were unable to bring a microwave from another room because “only maintenance staff can unplug appliances”. As a result we had to pack and move rooms. A major hassle, especially as we couldn’t change rooms directly and had to store our luggage for a day. Staff were unaware of Accor status benefits and had to consult a manager. The range at the breakfast buffet was consistent with other Novotel properties with a selection of hot and cold options. No barista coffee is available. However, there is insufficient seating leading to long wait times for a table. The buffet is also poorly laid out leading to congestion in walkways. Staff were unaware of Accor status benefits? Location is close to a subway station and the price was cheaper than other mid-tier Accor properties in Vienna, perhaps reflecting both the location and quality. Pros *Comfortable bed, good size room. *One block to metro. *Stable wifi with good speeds. Cons *Basic bathroom. *Poor service with staff not guest focussed. *Chaotic breakfast. *Pets allowed = Barking dog. *Slow lifts Overall Expect an Ibis at a Novotel price and you won’t be disappointed.

Novotel Suites Vienna is a very family-friendly hotel and a great choice when traveling with children. The location is excellent, with the metro just a short walk away, making it easy and convenient to reach most of Vienna’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for families, and the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently warm and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vienna with their family.

Upon arrival we had a speedy check in…staff were always smiling & happy to help. We stayed in a family suite & room was good for what we needed & cleaned every day. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment…but there is a shop / supermarket just round the corner. All in all a lovely hotel & I would be happy to stay again if I ever get back over to Vienna. Thank you & all the best for 2026. 1 ❤️ from Manchester!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel when visiting Vienna for a week. The rooms were spacious and very clean and loved the water tap in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful when we had a couple of issues (of our own making!). The only thing I would say that I didnt enjoy so much was the level of heating in the hotel, it was very, very warm throughout even when it wasn't so cold outside. However that is a trivial point and wouldnt prevent us staying here again if we were visit Vienna. Thanks!

Lovely stay, amazing staff, smiling faces, big spacious room, and a generous breakfast spread. All in all it was a very good experience. Metro station and even the tram station is just 100 mtrs walk from the hotel. There is a spar right opposite the hotel. We had a great stay there ..
