1）房间服务：首次入住，房间连牙刷都没有准备，很意外。其次，房间备品（咖啡/茶包）在夜床时也没有及时更新，这些细节服务不到位。 2）早餐只有环境是好的！服务人员不够，餐盘基本上不会及时收取，且点餐还遗漏上餐，这也是服务一般的体现 3）泳池卫生细节差，地面水多且空气中消毒剂味道重。桑拿房男女混合，整体感受一般。 4）最大亮点可能是独立运营的paper moon，味道不错。

All of your comments regarding the overall service delivery have been carefully noted and shared with the relevant teams for review. I particularly regret that, as this was your first stay with us and a special occasion, we did not create the memorable experience you should have received. The points you raised around communication, replenishment of amenities and service consistency are all important, and I apologise that these details were not handled with the precision we strive to deliver. While I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your experience at Paper Moon, I fully appreciate that this alone does not make up for the areas where we fell short.
