Sehr angenehm und luxuriös. Zimmerservice war für den Standard ungenügend. 2x mal war das Zimmer nach 21.30 nicht fertig.

Sehr enttäuscht von der Abholung von Flughafen Chauffeur bis zum Frühstück personal besonders bei der Englisch Frühstück bis zum spar und Kosmetik Bereich.

Die Zimmer im Raffels London sind äußerst geschmackvoll und sehr gut möbliert. Die Restaurants sind gut und dem englischen Stil entsprechend. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr persönlich. Uns wurde ein großzügiges Late Checkout gewährt.
