Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Empfang an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (keine Klobürste, kein Shampoo, Ausbesserungsarbeiten im Bad die nicht fertig geführt wurden) in Ordnung. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein und man sitzt nicht wirklich gemütlich. Auch die Auswahl des Frühstücks war in Ordnung. Der Service in der Bar war nicht existent. Keine Bedienung am Tisch, man holt sich die Getränke selbst, Tische werden nicht abgeräumt oder geputzt. Da ist tatsächlich Verbesserungsbedarf!

Wir waren jetzt schon das vierte Mal bei euch zu Besuch und waren eigentlich immer zufrieden. Dieses Mal hat uns aber die Sauberkeit im Zimmer gestört. Die Wände im WC Bereich waren nicht sauber. Der Teppich war auch nicht sauber. Beim Frühstück hat uns die Brot Auswahl etwas gestört. Es gab nur Weißbrot und keine alternative dazu. Auch wirkte das Personal im Frühstücks Bereich etwas gelangweilt. Da euer Hotel für uns sehr gut geeignet ist, würden wir gerne in Zukunft wieder kommen. Was sehr gut geklappt hat, war unser Zimmer Wunsch, in der oberen Etage. Vielen Dank dafür.
