I like to thank all the staff at the hotel who look after us so well . Especially the club staff and the wonderful house keepers Nurudeem and Kumari. A great hotel pity they have introduced large tour groups it spoils the hotel creates a different atmosphere .

First time here, we normally stay over the road at Raffles. Cons: The exec lounge timings need a rethink. Afternoon tea is 2-4pm and then an hour later: cocktails and canapés are 5-7pm. The latter is far too early. 99% of most exec lounges I know are 7-9pm. Music far too loud around the pool area. It’s not a 3 star Ibiza hotel? Probs: Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff are all superb. Special shout out to Nisha in the exec lounge. Great fun and superb customer service.

Everything was very good! The staff was very attentive to details. Richard was very respectful, he help us with some information about how to go to the airport and how to find the terminal. He open every time the door to us, he help us with the baggage. If we come back to Dubai, we will stay at Sofitel again. Thank u again fot everything!!

Exceptional service from Hira and Susam. Attention to details and very professional. They deserve a 5 stars each!!! I will definitely come back for the food and the service! I would like to add that the space is very cozy and all the staffs are welcoming.

Great hotel. Good rooms planning and design. The personnel was incredible! Super service. Food and beverages is tasty 😍 Highly recommend. Calm district. Kids friendly hotel! All our requests were satisfied. The lounge is also the best I ever stayed at.
