Pullman had very welcoming staff and the food was exquisite.I loved the many options at the buffet and in general the food was amazing.All the services were excellent! Manita did a good job.She always had a smile which made us feel more at home .Her services were amazing and I loved that I could always come back to a clean room. Although,I recommended that in order to have a change of towels, we should not put them on the floor but somewhere other than the floor.Thank you

Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is a top choice of Dubai! The hotel environment is a great blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. The location is fantastic, the service is great. Room is clean and tidy. Thank you Anita. Anita is very hard worker doing it.I always enjoyed at executive lounge very friendly staffs working there. Morning and afternoon both shifts all staffs are great in this hotel.

Hotel standard has dropped substantially.

1. The staff are extremely lax, hostile & untrained. 2. The rooms are dirty. The carpets were stained, dusty and the toilet was clogged. 3. I never got the room I booked. Staff did nothing to assist.

The staff was very nice, especially Ms. Lakshika who worked in the lunch area.Only the rooms in the middle have a room next to them. Unfortunately, the sound is transmitted and it is very annoying. I had to change my room.Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Pullman Hotel! The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and everything was so fresh and delicious. This has become our go to hotel because of the exceptional service. The reception staff and concierge team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, truly a perfect stay 🫶🏼
