Location The hotel is directly connected to the metro station, but note that it sits on the opposite side of City Centre Deira mall. You’ll need to walk across the entire mall to reach the station, so while it’s convenient, the walk is longer than expected. Amenities Amenities are from C.O. Bigelow, a premium American apothecary brand. The Elixir White line has a fresh citrus-woody scent and feels more upscale than typical hotel toiletries — a nice touch that elevates the stay. Dinner Dinner doesn’t offer a huge variety, but the quality is superb. The Thai curry was so authentic that, as a Thai, I went back for a second round. If you prefer high quality over quantity, the dinner here will impress you. Breakfast Breakfast feels worthy of a 5-star hotel. Nothing overly extravagant, but everything is well prepared and satisfying. There’s also a surprisingly wide variety of bread — only a few hotels I’ve stayed at serve focaccia and cake for breakfast, so seeing them here was a nice touch. Sleep Quality Sleep quality is excellent. The room is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the overall environment makes it easy to rest well after a long day. No noise issues at all.

Staffs are very accommodating and helpful. Thank you to Ms. Imelda, Mr. Savio, Mr Mahmoud, Mr Samuel and everyone in Pullman. I recommend this hotel, very good location, it is accessible to the mall, transportation and very comfortable to stay.

Had a lovely stay at the Pullman DCCC during the weekend of the Chronicles of Ceylon festival. What I loved most about the stay were the friendly and warm smiles of all the staff and the attention to detail which you can see in all facets of the property. Cant wait to be back.
