Pullman is a good residence for family and it's a good experience with food and well maintained hygiene and warm Staff kind and responsive. Can't forget Magret at the restaurant wearing her smile at all times seeking to know our well being and ensuring our comfort.

We checked in at Pullman Deira City Centre early in the morning, all of us very tired. We were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Thidar. She was extremely patient, caring, and helpful. Her smile truly made a difference, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. A very pleasant and comforting start to our stay.

Food Quality Stands Out at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre

Location The hotel is directly connected to the metro station, but note that it sits on the opposite side of City Centre Deira mall. You’ll need to walk across the entire mall to reach the station, so while it’s convenient, the walk is longer than expected. Amenities Amenities are from C.O. Bigelow, a premium American apothecary brand. The Elixir White line has a fresh citrus-woody scent and feels more upscale than typical hotel toiletries — a nice touch that elevates the stay. Dinner Dinner doesn’t offer a huge variety, but the quality is superb. The Thai curry was so authentic that, as a Thai, I went back for a second round. If you prefer high quality over quantity, the dinner here will impress you. Breakfast Breakfast feels worthy of a 5-star hotel. Nothing overly extravagant, but everything is well prepared and satisfying. There’s also a surprisingly wide variety of bread — only a few hotels I’ve stayed at serve focaccia and cake for breakfast, so seeing them here was a nice touch. Sleep Quality Sleep quality is excellent. The room is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the overall environment makes it easy to rest well after a long day. No noise issues at all.
