Recently stayed at Raffles for 3 nights in Club Dubai Skyline room. Hotel is located next to WAFI mall. Fantastic hotel with a beautiful room, super comfy bed and lovely balcony overlooking pool area. Bathroom was great with bath, walk in shower , 2 sinks and great amenities. Great size room kept immaculate. Pool area is superb with a lovely temperature pool. Pool attendants provide excellent service. Sun bed cushions are quite thin and after a while become uncomfortable, could do with a better padding. Cocktails around the pool are so tasty. We ate one lunchtime at the pool area and food was great. Hotel has nice garden area to walk around . Breakfast in restaurant was absolutely fantastic. So much choice from food stations and menu to have freshly cooked items which were delicious. Coffee was only warm . all staff so friendly and helpful. Club lounge was great with canapés and drinks 5-7 . Good selection of canapés which change each day we were there and drinks choice was great with cocktails, wine etc. staff in the lounge are amazing and very attentive. Will certainly be back.

The food was very delicious must try the tiger prawns and the grilled chicken and their pasta on wheel by chef Rahul the service was excellent thank you sai for making the day very special for us

Wonderful stay in Raffles. Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly and welcoming from reception to housekeeping to pool to club lounge to Azur restaurant. Our skyline room was fantastic and beautifully made up every day by housekeeping. We loved the pool and the staff there were so considerate bringing cool water and putting umbrellas up. Breakfast in Azur restaurant was fantastic, huge choice at the buffet and delicious menu to order from, special thanks to Ahmed, Bisham and Dikshya who looked after us so well. Also we really enjoyed the club lounge, beautiful afternoon tea and canapés and drinks served every day by Donna and Salena who are both excellent hostesses, very friendly and welcoming. All in all 5* and more, can't wait to return.
