Gomaa Certainly! During my recent stay at Raffles Hotel, I had the pleasure of being served by Gomaa, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. From the moment I arrived at the restaurant, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail stood out. He greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome immediately. Even during busy moments, he maintained a calm and positive attitude and helped me with my stuff, ensuring that all guests, including myself, were well taken care of. I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized, as he truly embody the high standards of service I’ve come to expect from Raffles.

The hotel was good for relaxing and thanks to the hotel staff with their incredible service in the area. I want to mention the name of a girl I spoke to previously on the phone. When I called the Raffles Hotel Dubai, I had many questions about the afternoon tea, which is very famous for its quality in this hotel. She was very nice and answered all the questions. Her name is Lana. I want to thank her here as well.

Gomaa is very helpful. He really does his work with great passion and with a smile on his face. I really enjoyed my meeting and the diner was delicious and good tasting. I would recommend the hotel for business meetings, staycations and for dinning too.
