The food was very yummy at solo and the hospitality by sai was really great the pizza bianca must try and the flavors of the food really made me that I am in Italy thank you

A Truly Exceptional Stay Raffles Dubai delivers refined luxury at its best, but what truly made the stay unforgettable was the Executive Lounge team. Jamil, Jisan, and Dona exemplify world-class hospitality—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and personal touch made every visit to the lounge feel special. They don’t just provide service; they create an experience. We loved every aspect of the Hotel, the gym, pool, restaurant, look & feel, architecture. The room was amazing with a view….. Raffles Dubai is outstanding, but this team is the reason I’ll return.

I had an excellent experience at the Raffles Club Lounge. The service was exceptional throughout my visit, with particular thanks to Jisan for his attentive, professional, and warm service in the lounge. I would also like to commend Dona at Reception, who was welcoming, efficient, and made the arrival experience seamless. Their combined professionalism and genuine hospitality significantly enhanced my stay, and I would highly recommend the Raffles Club Lounge as a result.
