at reception was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. He handled everything efficiently and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and helpfulness really stood out and made a great first impression. Jeff is a true asset to the front desk team.

Had a comfortable stay at Novotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and well maintained. Overall, good service and a pleasant experience. I would like to add names ( Novo, Myk and Siyaad ) very nice customer service

Towels and cleaning utensils were not enough, every time we need water refills we had to call and ask for it. On the other hand Bindu on the hangout cafe was excellent. She has a warming smile and wonderful service. Another issue that i wanna emphasize is that workers on the reception could be better and more polite.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Bur Dubai. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping was consistent and did a great job. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is convenient, close to key areas and easily accessible by taxi.

Fantastic stay for a business trip. The location was perfect, allowing quick access to downtown meetings. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were incredibly especially JEFFERSON EBOL. My room was quiet, clean, and had excellent natural light—ideal for working late. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Appreciated the delicious, varied breakfast buffet, though perhaps fewer pastries next time for healthier options. Highly recommend for professionals
