A very nice experience in this hotel I spent 4 days here really worth it, hotel facilities is very good as well as housekeeping staffs and a main supervisor I meet Mr Nashim is very good and very positive boy he takes more care of my everything excellent supervisor I ever meet

Had a good time here in Novotel Bur Dubai. Was here for business trip and had stayed here for 14 days since Jan 2026. Special compliments to Myk as he is very attentive and took care of me throughout the whole stay. I had my dinner every night in the hotel and Myk took care of my needs. Good employee and well done Myk. Room is comfortable.

I stayed on the 8th floor for 10 days and absolutely loved the view—it was a highlight of my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kindly arranged early check-in as well as late check-out, which made everything so much more comfortable. Special thanks to Anna and Jeff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Amazing experience! The service was very good, staff were kind and welcoming and the room was neat, clean and comfortable. All facilities were available and well managed. I felt very comfortable during my stay and would love to visit again.
