We had an excellent reception and she also checked us out. Her name is Su Myat Zaw, gave us late checkout which we were entitled to as Gold Accor members. The restaurant staff, cleaners and general staff were courteous and this is greatly appreciated. Our room service for ice buckets etc were delivered within minutes and comparatively this was one of the biggest difference in great service. The near new furnishing, great lighting and nearby Tamachi station and a superb supermarket downstairs, we could not have found a better spot. The gym whilst small, had weights and other machinery which is not crowded.

Nice room, but a little bit noisy, due to the trains 🚊- it’s the price if you want to be well connected 😉

Room was okay. Bathroom latch never worked, toilet seat warm feature was working occasionally. As a vegetarian, the available food options were almost non existent. I had to make do with milk + bread. The bakery options apart from cheesecakes were very dry. Why one edible vegetarian option of potato wedges was kept in the same bowl with chicken nuggets is beyond me. No other option to have a filling breakfast for vegetarians. My breakfast at Mercure Toyama was way better than this at half the price. Next day, I requested from my room in the morning to provide some salsa sauce and avocado during breakfast, but apparently that's not possible at Pullman. Moreover, no one bothered to inform me back until I asked. The staff didn't care much about refilling the empty stations unless asked on every single day. We never got our pancake order on one day during breakfast. Definitely never booking a breakfast tariff here again, maybe will avoid the hotel too altogether.
