Solid service within walking distance

I am between 4 and 5 points, but am giving 5 because the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. Shout out for a great hardworking team. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the terminal which is fantastic. No need to deal with shuttles or taxis. Room was clean, comfortable and included tea/coffee and iron in the room, both of which are not standard in Ibis internationally. Opening hours for both dinner and breakfast seemed very limited for an airport hotel where people might be arriving and departing at odd hours. If you arrive on a flight that lands after 8pm, by the time you reach the hotel you ain't gonna get any dinner and there are no other restaurants nearby. Not even so much as a vending machine, so bring food with you.

Fantastic and convenient hotel with car park. Great welcome and swift check-in . Room was spacious and very clean . Food was available until 21:30, so we had a family dinner. Great food also . I would definitely recommend this hotel , as it ticks all the boxes . Thanks again for a great stay .

Beware when booking this hotel, you can loss your money, poor service, will not recommend them. Wished we knew before. Sharp p

Booked a room, the payment went through but the date was changed in the conformation. They would not amend our date, or give us a refund. Just be aware of this when booking. Very sad 😔 and feel.let down by their service. Will not recommend this

An affordable stay, rooms are quite basic but fairly clean. We found that staff communication wasn’t great, we rang up the restaurants number to ask if they was still serving food so we went down to book a table and the reception staff said it closed at 9:30 so there was a mix of information there. There was no information or communication from staff about breakfast. I have stayed in an Ibis before where there is information sheets in regards to breakfast but there was nothing in this. Overall, a cheap option but communication from staff was disappointing

I would mark this as good if there was an option to do so, it definitely isn't very good. Check in was swift and the staff throughout the process and our stay were very friendly and helpful. We were allocated room 283, which although small has everything needed for a 1 night stay. The room is a little tired looking in places but was very clean. One major niggle was the pillows (1 each) they are quite possibly the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel and made for a very poor night's sleep. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and for 'ping' food it was actually quite good and not too pricey to be fair. We did not choose to eat breakfast so cannot comment on what was offered. All in all for the price we paid we were happy but not sure if we would stay here again if the need arose.
