After a long and stressful day which included flight delays, cancellations and numerous train journeys I received a warm welcome and very helpful service from reception staff, especially the lovely Otis - total gent. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, handy shuttle service to and from the airport.

The lady at reception was lovely. We just wanted to stay a night to fly out the next day. Nowhere on the website did it mention you have to pay additional for the airport shuttle. Then the room wouldn’t go below 21 degrees which was too hot for me to sleep. The shower was blocked badly so it flooded into our bedroom. But we just needed to get to sleep as we had to wake up at 0300, so didn’t have time to negotiate a different room. Not the standard I would expect from a chain like Novotel.

my stay was good the service team in restaurant was good but my room was musty damp smelling but apart from that good
