Me and my wife liked the place very much. It’s very close to the Airport, it took 40min to get there. Room cleaning is very good. Thanks Arunpandi for anniversary installation:) The location, the restaurants, everything was very good.

Mubarak always cleaning our room very well. We really like the adult pool with the live DJ. But sometimes the elevator took very long because we stayed on the 33 floor. But we really like the hotel and everything was very very clean.

Amazing family hotel with first class service. We have a 2 bedroom family suite (3308) which was very spacious with spectacular beach and ocean views. The food in the buffet for breakfast was beautiful, with a variety of different options for all the family. Location on JBR is perfect for visiting Dubai and making the most of what Dubai has to offer. Special mention would go to Subash , the pool supervisor, who was excellent during our stay in accommodating our every requirement. We will definitely be returning 👍

Rixos pool and Subash the pool manager is perfect. Very helpful and made my family feel very welcome and enjoyed our stay. The pool is huge and perfect for anyone with a family. The bar is also very cool

We had an excellent stay at the Rixos, and enjoyed our vacation very much. We stayed here the first time while in Dubai and we can highly recommend this hotel. Special thank you is to Mr. Monir Almakt, the vip sales manager, who kindly and politely handled our issues with the room in the beginning of our stay to our satisfaction. Also thanks to Mr. Aman Amanov, the pool & beach supervisor, we have experienced a fantastic and friendly service in the pool area, he was preparing our sun beds every day. The food at the pool is also great, as well as buffet restaurant. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday Rixos!!!
