Very trendy centrally located in Munich. The hotel is right next to the train station and rail. Walking distance to the town center, Marienplatz and Hofbrauhaus. Great other restaurants in the area as well. The hotel itself has a great bar and restaurant if you want to stay in for the night. I loved the hotel for many reasons. Our room was super nice and had thoughtful amenities. It’s the little things. Free minibar. That was really cool. We only drank the water, but I loved that you could have it all at no expense. Extremely appealing decor down to the wallpaper. I forgot to go down and type out something, but in the lobby area they had 3 typewriters you could go type a note or whatever you wanted. Very neat. So much to say about this hotel. Every time we come back we will for sure stay there again. Just lovely.

This is a truly awesome hotel with a very unique decor. The rooms are great. The restaurant and the bar are also great – so great that both venues always have a crowd. The location is great as it is near the old town. It is also across the street from the Munich Hbf Rail station to where you can take the S airport train to the airport. That is not only convenient, but also, so efficient. The same cannot be said about Deutsche Bahn regional rail trains with its endless delays and missed connections because of its endless delays, but you cannot go wrong with the convenience of an airport train across the street from this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is top-notch, artsy and well located in downtown Munich.

Worst experience at a nice hotel I have ever had.

The hotel is nice but vastly overpriced. DO NOT stay on the side with the trolleys. Read this again. Do NOT accept a room with the street cars. Every 4-5 minutes one passes your window. If you are a light sleeper you will never sleep. They run ALL NIGHT. Secondly, our AC did not work for 3 nights. The only thing said to us was “sorry”. I paid over $600 euros the last night for a room you can’t sleep in because it’s so loud and one that could not be cooled down. I probably should of given this a 1 but it was clean. I’ll give it that.

I love this place! Such unique and creative decor and amenities. My room was very comfortable, including the bed. All the staff, and in particular Marcos and Lucia, were extremely welcoming and helpful. They even helped us get train tickets online to Salzburg. They provided umbrellas when it was raining. The restaurant, especially its menu, was great! Staff could not have been more accommodating. Why can't all places be like this? Highly recommend. We stayed in an Accor hotel in Edinburgh and it was wonderful as well.

Front desk people were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. My room was small, but perfect for me. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise for both dinner and breakfast. All staff were terrific. I would stay here against for sure. Good location.
