샤워실 화장실이 디자인 컨셉으로 인해 문이 모두 닫히지 않아 불편함
화장실도 비데는 좋았지만 비데 소음이 큰편. 팬소리
화장실 사용후에도 팬소리가 지속됨
2개의 예약을 통해 숙박을 했으나 두번째 예약을 진행하는 직원이 내용을 잘못 가이드해서 원하지 않은 비용이 발생함.
두개의 예약이 1stay 라면 100달러 크레딧은 1회 사용으로 알고있었지만, 두번째 예약 deposit 처리하는 직원이 자신의 권한으로 두예약건 모두를 사용하게 해준다고 종이로 설명까지 해서 믿었습니다. 직급이 높은 남자 직원으로 보였습니다. 그러나 체크아웃시 크레딧은 기존에 알고있던대로 1회만 적용해서 초과비용을 지불했음.
이로인해 데스크 직원의 대응에 불만이 상당히 높아졌습니다.

세계 많은 호텔을 경험해보지만 엑스트라베드가 200유로 인곳은 별로없다 베드를 더하고나니 스위트방 보다 슈프림방이 더비싸서 교체를 원했는데 직원들은 아니면 말고식 생각없는데쳐로 거부했서 비싼돈을 지불하고 여관같은 객실을 사용했다 직원의 배려가 필요했고 객실 먼지가 많은편으로 가격에 비해 다시는 오고싶지않고 비추천할 생각이다
