Very XXL hotel close to the city centre. Rooms are cozy and very well mantained. Housekeeping is regular and accurated. Staff is really professional and ready to make the guest happy. Breakfast buffet is amazing, I love it. Very nice stay, in my opinion.

Stayed at this location during Octoberfest. Rooms were of reasonable size. Staff behind the reception desk were helpful and friendly. We asked questions about the Train system and they answered. Hotel is close to Supermarket, Train Station and is within walking distance to Tram stops. WiFi is good

We stayed at the hotel for one night and had a very nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant offered several good options that provided great value for money, though adding a few international dishes could make the menu even more appealing. The pool area was easily accessible and very comfortable. Our room was clean and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the in-room bar was complimentary, including snacks, water, apple juice, and fresh oranges. We also used the hotel parking. It was convenient but somewhat expensive at 24 euros per day. Overall, a short but enjoyable stay with thoughtful touches and warm hospitality.

호텔 객실 내 에어콘 작동 시 소리가 너무 귀에 거슬려서 이용을 못했다. 5박 체류 시 생수 1병 만을 주는데 이런 경우에는 추가로 생수를 제공하는 서비가 있었으면 좋겠습니다

Dear Mr H., I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the problem with your air conditioning. That is unacceptable and below our standards. Please rest assured that I have already looked into this and taken steps - and within my team I will make sure that negative experiences are a rare exception in the future. I feel very bad for the inconveniences you had to deal with - and at the same time I do appreciate your feedback, which is an important component toward long lasting and continuously improving quality services. Regarding the water bottle in the room, please note that this is a gift from the hotel upon your arrival. Additional water can be purchased or tap water can be used. We appreciate your understanding. I definitely do appreciate the fact that you took the time to review your stay at Novotel München City. Now I would like to ask you to give us another chance.
