The experience was alright, nothing great to speak about. I won't come back either because no one at the reception or other team members made me feel welcome or feel extra special.

pathway to the rooms was very stinky; no table and chair for working in the room; sofa cushioning was bad

Lobby design is welcoming. Check in process was smooth and quick. The only limiting point was that there was a leaking basin with water dripping every time I washed my hands. The food options were good but food quality at dinner was not up to the mark. Multiple continental dishes were disappointing. That said, the chef was courteous and the staff too in seeking feedback. Even provided a replacement dish...although even that was not upto the mark. Essentially, ended up not consuming most of the food that was served for an almost 3000/- bill value.
