4번째 투숙이지만 아코르 멤버 가입 이후는 처음임. 플래티넘 멤버이고, 방은 1단계 업그레이드 받았음. 조식 먹는 식당 크기가 작기 때문에 손님이 몰리는 날에는 대기를 해야할 수도 있음. 이건 호텔 자체가 오래된 건물이라 어쩔 수 없음. 방 매우 큼. 에어컨 잘 나옴. 욕조 사용도 문제 없음. 직원들은 매우 친절함. 스파에 사소한 문제가 있었으나 직원들이 잘 해결해주었음. 수라바야에는 아코르 호텔 선택지가 많지 않고, movenpick은 남쪽 멀리 있기 때문에 여기가 좀 더 나은 선택임.
