I had an aromatherapy deep tissue massage with Susann. I don’t normally write reviews but I have to say that this was an amazing experience tucked away in the spa of the historic Majapahit hotel. Susann was excellent, very professional and really fantastic, I very highly recommend her-I am totally relaxed and destressed. Magic hands!

The Majahapit is a gorgeous hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful (and spoke good English), the amenities were fantastic, and the food was excellent. The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious, and the hotel location was conveniently located near the mall. Overall it was a great value for what we paid!

The visit was impressive and extremely cordial, friendly and professional in every part of the System. The food was well presented and delicious. The Chef came out and talked to customers. The service staff extremely friendly. The hotel has an extremely interesting history and it reflects it well . I will recommend it to my friends

History Tour + Afternoon Tea

Andini gave us an excellent historical tour of the hotel. She walked us through some of the rooms where famous people stayed and was great about pointing out interesting aspects of the hotel's architecture. Our tour took about 30-45 minutes, but she let us know that she could easily cater the length of the tour to suit our needs. The staff was also very flexible about scheduling the tour: their normal time slots were at 1 and 4 pm, but they offered to give us one at other times (like 11 am or 3 pm) to suit our needs. The afternoon tea was great fun and came with a delightful mix of snacks and cakes. All the food at this hotel is amazing, and the small bites served with tea were no exception. My only disappointment was with the macaroons served with the tea; they were too overcooked (all crunchy and not chewy on the inside like a macaroon should be). Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and with the history tour + afternoon tea combo.
