kami memesan 6 kamar dengan rincian 1 kamar deluxe suite, 1 kamar privilege dan 4 kamar superior, selama 3 malam. sudah dibayar lunas 3 hari sebelum cek in. namun terjadi perubahan dari kamar deluxe menjadi superior dan telah dikonfirmasi ke marketing pagi hari sebelum cek in, namun diinformasikan bahwa selisih harga kamarnya tidak bisa di refund. kami sangat kecewa dengan kebijakan ini, padahal tidak ada yang dirugikan. kami sangat kecewa dengan kebijakan ini, semoga menjadi perhatian serius kedepannya bagi manajemen.
