Must improved cleaning and room condition like old one, not protocol covid specialy in lobby (not social disctancing), when we drop off by taxi in lobby door have some people smoking so not good for childreen

Stay at Mercure Surabaya for 2 night, the Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Service are very awesome especially Pak Tidar Vidioro who are very dan helpfull during my stay there. Hotel Room have unique design with relative spacious compare to price you pay. Breakfast also quite good and offer various menu from Indonesia traditonal food to western Breakfast selection. Definitely i will choose this hotel if visit Surabaya in another chance.

I had stayed several times in this property when I had a transit stop on tmy roadtrip to Bali. I do recommend this hotel mainly for the hospitility of their staffs and the great location of the hotel. It will always in my list of preferred choice of hotels everytime visiting Surabaya

Check in process is very slow even i'm the only cust at that time I booked Exexutive Suite Room, there is no condiments or snack bar like usually accor hotel provide. The Bathtub is broken and water leaks! Need about 1Hour to fill the water. Breakfast Experience in Trimurti Restaurant is terrible, not that much options of food and some of food are cold. I suggest you not to try it. Better eat outside local food. The food is really lousy! I tried Dim Sum and Chinese Food in Lan Hua Resto. This is fine taste good and price are reasonable.

Evevry times my business trip , this Hotel Mercure Surabaya was my first choice. Location was great, near by have a supermarket and some good restaurant also. If you hungry , they have a good restuarnt in the lobby ( chinese restaurant ). The price is no expencive, should be try if you stay here.

Over all hotel is good, though building is old but they have specialist in food, Taste is good and has many variance . Facilities : Like other 4 Stars hotel, they have pool,gym,saloon,restaurant,coffee shop. But due to covid-19, pool is closed and looks not in good treatment , gym can use it but need to make reservation. The only concern from me is their aircon is not cold. I stay in executive room, and air con is really bad, though they already fix it, yet still its not cold Location is perfect,close to down town and other business area. Hope they can maintenance their air con

Great hotel on center city, close to our business partner, free upgrade very excellent and thanks, food menu on breakfast very good, all staff very humble, room on new tower are great, water in bath room need to improve for pressure, and everything are greatfull

The staff was really helpful and fast response. Location is amazing, right in the heart of Surabaya city, The room is above standard for 4* hotel, even though the building is quite old already, nevertheless it is well maintained.

Not qualify the 4 star standard. Got upgraded to 1 level higher with new building they said but the room was terrible. The water gutter in bathroom stuck and was floded while showering. The same with the wastafel. The dust bin not even compatible to be open, it was broken but still used in the bathroom. Mh hubby was sleeping using mask because the bed was dusty and his alergy occured. :((

The worst hotel covid protocol

Just check your cctv in lobby, a lot of people from wedding didn’t use any face mask and no one from the hotel reprimanded, the worst hotel service that I ever stayed in my life especially during this pandemic.. I waited for almost 20 minutes to check in even though I’m accor member, no priority line and service from security was very bad, I unload my luggage alone. Never ever come back to this hotel.

I canceled / did not occupy the room I had ordered at all, this hotel is really sad about the standard health protocols applied, starting from the lobby, room corridors, restaurants, everything is not according to the rules applied / agreed upon and committed, both from the hotel, the government and from the "All" side, although they have violated their own commitments there is no guilt at all, I hope this hotel will not become a new cluster of the spread of COVID19.

Great Property with Poor Service

Good location, easy access, city center. Well maintained hotel, but unfortunately poor service as lack of good quality employee. Check in too slow, many queue, and one officer only chit chat with guest and the other busy with the computer doing the check in, the chit chat women officer even don’t care somebody on priority welcome desk where her bags and stuff also there. Poor service continues, my key won’t work, even after complain, and answered sorry for input wrong room number, another hour useless. Welcome drink, better skip, poor option. Room is too noisy by the AC fan sound, amplify through the tunnel maybe, and another complain to engineering with small progress. Thank God I’m already too tired for another complain.

It was wonderfull experience. We had two suite room with connecting door. It's a WOW experience. Nice view to the city, nice setup room for living room, we had so many electricity plug-in connector, nice bathroom, I'm very pleased. It's a pleasant to stay during COVID-19 in Mercure Surabaya. The Hotel provides temperature check and hand sanitizer. Nice and comfortable room, spacious, and modern look. Breakfast was not so variety maybe this was only in this condition. Service during breakfast was great and the staff was very helpfull. Pool was not operated and not maintained well. Overall, it was comfortable.

Room need renovated. Good service and very welcoming assistance prior to our stay. Staff put attention on details requested and try to fulfill all our requirements. Overall services is really good, although the hotel really need more attention on the room.

The staff is really kind, when i went to the receptionist, and he knew i was a member of Leclub Accor (ALL), he bring me to the desk of member (rarely i found the desk was used at hotel around Jakarta), when i just sat, the member receptionists bring me drinks and cakes (i only experience this at Novotel Makassar), and ask me is there anything that i need, so nice and thoughtful!

The hospitality was excellent on arrival and throughout my stay at Mecure Grand Mirama Surabaya. Didnt expect the level of service i received even as a classic Accor member. Understandably the property has aged and certain items in the room arent in 100% working condition but overall it was a great stay. Some fittings in the room were loose but that was a small issue. Breakfast was very simple and is at a relatively affordable price. Will stay at the hotel again.
