Staying at Novotel Samator Surabaya, book a deluxe room for 2 days at the red hot room price thanks to accor plus membership, get a very good rate. The room was upgraded to an executive suite, given a welcome drink and free breakfast. The executive suite is quite spacious and is divided into 2 rooms. The living room has a pantry which has zinc, a refrigerator and dispenser and an oven, there is a powder room containing a closet and washbasin. Dining table and 4 dining chairs, sofa and coffee table along with TV and armchair. While for the bedroom there is work table and chair, a daybed sofa, a 180x200 mattress with 4 pillows and a bathroom containing a shower, washbasin and closet. Although the suite amenities provided are still basic and no different from regular rooms. For towels, 2 body towels and 1 hand towel are provided. Because the price is good, no complaints. As for breakfast at Samator, there has been improvement in terms of taste and. There are Indomie, sausages and coincidentally on certain days there is quite delicious beef soup.

Mr Rizka has been extremely welcoming since beginning. With his experiences and fluency as well as excellency, no doubt he was the right candidate to fetch us from the airport. The service of the staff were great especially Leony, the trainee staff 🤍 I stayed with my grand daughter and we have such a great times at the kids club! After we had a nice swiming in the afternoon, definitely will go back…and also love the parigie cafe
