A wonderful experience from the moment you arrive. The staff are extraordinary. The hotel is like a palace. The gardens are tended to perfection. The swimming pool is huge. Absolutely beautiful place in a great location. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Surabaya.

Had lunch at the Indigo within the Majapahit Hotel. Very good service, highly recommended. Served by Keisya. Amazing service again. Will definitely visit again. recommend the gado gado, rawon iga and they have a wood fired oven!! do visit and leave your reviews

If you want to have a big family meeting this is a good way to do it. You get a nice big living room the same size as the bed room and bathroom. As in the Executive rooms a nice big bathroom with both bath and shower. Lots of high-pressure hot water. The level of service was top notch as I would have expected. The breakfast choice was interesting and extensive and well up to expectations, I particularly liked the rotating local speciality which made sure every day was different. The key elements of A/C and plumbing were without fault, it could even get too cold. The pillows are some of the best anywhere. Really needs more conveniently placed sockets available in the bedroom to charge your devices. The desk in the living room has four sockets which is more like it.

Food was great! Super tasty and well dones. And the service is amazing. Nanda is the best!!! She took care of everything and was very helpful and nice. Would highly recommend to visit and stay at the hotel! We stayed for one night before going to bromo.

I visit at fitness and pool in majapahit hotel so look old and not like 5 stars. The air conditioner in gym like in hell. Sauna broken, all look old and not repair well. Jacuzi must pre order to swim because i dont know. So my opinion if u go there and want to use spa and fitness and pool i'm not suggested.

On the other hand, we do realize that changes should not only covering wellness facilities, but the entire system including procedures that should be implemented not only for the comfort of certain guests or members but also our guests as a whole, therefore there’s some adjustment is applied. Changes cannot be done instantly, but we are committed to always making improvements and therefore we're taking steps to improve our wellness facilities such as changing the GYM rubber floor, fixing the Sauna and Jacuzzi, refresh the SPA area including its corridor, renew the AHU system and more to come.
